Hudson Bay Mountain Resort is a community focused ski resort located 20km west of Smithers in beautiful Northern British Columbia. In operation since 1969 Hudson Bay Mountain Resort offers over 300 acres of skiable terrain and over 500 meters of lift accessed vertical, offering a wide variety of terrain, for beginners, novice and advanced skiers and snowboarders.

Spending over a decade each in British Columbia and Alberta, he has organized hikes for 15+ years for locals and visitors. He has also traveled to 56 countries in 6 continents. He loves to share his passion for travel, the outdoors and photography with everyone!

Start your day with Jacquie's awesome gourmet breakfast served in the Fireside Room and relax with coffee on the veranda. Jacquie's guests become friends at this quiet get-away in our beautiful 1920's Heritage home and garden. A couple or family can luxuriate in the spaciousness of our Vista Room in Queen or Twin beds with view of the valley and gardens. You'll sleep soundly in an antique double bed in our Heritage room. Cosy dressing gowns and WiFi provided. Stroll the gardens and sip afternoon tea on the patio or sitting room. Jacquie can advise you about great local restaurants as well as book wine tours, whale watching trips, and birding . As a hiker Jacquie will direct you to local hiking trails and parks. The Gallery at Queens Park is a community art gallery program that has provided a venue for emerging and established artists to showcase their work since 1985. Over the year, 12 exhibitions are presented in two-dimensional and three-dimensional mediums such as painting, photography, pottery, wood carving, bronze statues, and more. Artists are provided exhibition space free of charge and share their work with the community of New Westminster. Temporarily closed until August 31, 2020 due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. Administration is currently taking appointments on a limited basis.
