The Rivermount Motel BnB and RV Park is your relaxation choice for your trip through the North Thompson Valley, British Columbia, Canada. Our motel suite rates start at $65 a night (winter rate) and $75 a night (summer rate) and range to $115 a night, depending on your requirements. Come to the northern edge of the Great Bear Rainforest on British Columbias north coast, to the Khutzeymateen. Just south of the Alaska panhandle and located within Canada's only grizzly bear protected area, Khutzeymateen Wilderness Lodge is your home in the wilderness where you can visit with the grizzly bears in the wild. No roads, no towns...just wilderness and wildlife. Climb into the floatplane and take off from Prince Rupert, BC for a 20 minute flight over mountains and inlets to the Khutzeymateen. Our days are filled with searching for grizzly bears in the lush Khutzeymateen Inlet and estuary, with bald eagles, seabirds, seals, waterfalls and mountains. We are trained and certified under the Commercial Bear Viewing Association of BC.

Rocky Ridge Resort is a 105 acres Resort which includes three Cabins, a Saloon and a Sauna. Do you love the Canadian wilderness but also enjoy the comforts of home? Then youve found the perfect spot at the Rocky Ridge Resort! Enjoy your time here in one of our lovely and very cozy log cabins. You can choose between one of our twin cabins or a smaller one which is a bit away from the other two. The twin cabins The Bear Cabin and The Eagle Cabin are pretty similar to each other. Both have a fully equipped kitchen with propane, two bathrooms with indoor plumbing and one with a shower, an open little living room with a woodstove in it, a separate bedroom with a queen size bed downstairs and three beds upstairs. So up to six people can stay there- perfect for a family or if you want to spend time with your friends! The third one the Honeymoon or Hummingbird Cabin is the smallest one. It have a fully equipped kitchen as well, a small livingroom, a separate bedroom with a queen size bed, two beds upstairs and one bathroom with indoor plumbing. We dont have electricity in any of our cabins, everything works with propane. Theres also a small house with a nice Sauna, a bathroom and a separate shower inside perfect to calm down after an adventurous day or just to relax! Guests with campers, caravans and tents are also welcome at our Resort.
