We offer two B&B room options each with large corner garden view windows, a private Ensuite and hot breakfast. The Rose Room features early 1900 era double bed, side table, armoire and dresser. The Floral Room features Mission style queen bed, two side tables and dresser. The Ensuite has a large soaker tub and separate shower. The third option is a one bedroom self-catering suite with private entrance. The suite also has a queen sized sofa bed enabling four guests in total. A fold-up cot is available upon request.

We are located in Sicamous right under the highway 1 bridge beside the public boat launch. We have the public launch beside us and we have a private ramp for our customers to use as well. We have 2 full service fuel pumps on the water, and have a small store with ice cream, snacks and drinks, as well as some clothes and novelty items. We offer a wide variety of rentals, Double decker pontoon boat, 21 pontoon boats, sport boats, surf boats, 14 fishing boats, sea-doos, canoes, kayaks and stand-up Paddleboards. We can get you out on the Shuswap today. We offer parking with a free shuttle for trucks and trailers or just vehicles. Located right beside the boat launches and the first on the channel we offer the friendly fuel station on the channel, with large hull cushions and friendly staff to get you safely docked and filled. Kinbasket Lake Resort sits alone on a 240 kilometer long lake in the BC mountains. It consists of 7 self contained cabins, 45 serviced campsites, 8 unserviced campsites, boat launch, docking, and seasonal beach. Hot showers, flush toilets and sinks are available to all guests. It is a semi-rustic location meaning you are not glamping and you are not roughing it, and a great many of our customers refer to it as "paradise". Our clientele is mature adults and families and of the 3,500+ camp nights we host each season a great many are returning customers. A number of those were just bumps in mom's tummy the first year, I've seen them every year since, and now they are teens. And then there are some you will read from that have a different idea of camping than we do or different expectations and will never again be a customer. C'est la vie!
