The SS Sicamous is the largest surviving paddle wheeler in Canada. It is open as a heritage site, museum and wedding venue. Launched in 1914, the ship provided a vital means of transport to remote communities on the shores of Okanagan Lake. The SS Sicamous is operated by the SS Sicamous Society: a non-profit organization that works to protect the marine heritage of the Okanagan.Funds from your admission go directly to the restoration of the SS Sicamous, and the other heritage ships in our care.
Touring the waters around Gwaii Haanas National Park Reserve, Haida Heritage Site and National Marine Conservation Area on Haida Gwaii since 1988 has earned us a growing reputation for providing fun, educational and safe wilderness adventures at affordable prices. We offer boat tours from one to four days long including fixed roof accommodations and meals. We rent and transport sea kayaks and passengers into the Gwaii Haanas area. We have a small outdoor gear store at our office in Sandspit. We also own and operate the Seaport B&B in Sandspit.

Sasquatch Mountain Resort is a small ski resort located in the Douglas Ranges near Harrison Lake, British Columbia, Canada, between the towns of Mission and Agassiz. Average annual snowfall at Hemlock Valley is 30-35 ft more than most other areas in Canada. The vertical drop is 396 m (1,300 ft) from a summit elevation of 1,371 m (4,500 ft) to a base elevation of 975m (3,300 ft). The area comprises 121 hectares (300 acres) and has 36 runs, the longest of which is 1.4 miles (2.3 km). The area has four lifts - one quad chair, one triple chair, one double chair and a beginner carpet. The resort features night skiing and tubing as well as 13 kilometres of trails for snowshoeing or cross-country skiing.

Continue into the Japanese Fishermens Benevolent Society Building to discover exhibits that explore history of Steveston's Japanese Canadian community. The Steveston Post Office and the Town Square Park are also located here, continuing to serve as a community hub for the village.
