Our course entails 18 holes of golf, each enveloped by tree lined fairways on a split level property which allows golfers to play on two stages, all with the magnificent backdrop of the coastal mountains. The Redwoods team is committed to the preservation and continued enhancement of the environment. Great care and attention has been taken in creating a course that harmonizes with the natural surroundings. The Redwoods is a challenging and pleasurable golf experience for all. Designed by the world-renowned player/architect team of Fred Couples and Gene Bates, The Rise is a spectacular championship course in Vernon, BCits your perfect escape from the day-to-day. 1,000 feet above Okanagan Lake, with its dynamic layout, generous landing areas, and six sets of tees at every hole, this course proudly accommodates golfers of all abilities. Each hole has its own unique character, and 12 of them showcase incredible views of Okanagan Lake below. This Farmers' Market offers a unique experience with a permanent outdoor marketplace during the spring/summer including vendor booths, a food barn, a bandshell for local music and a miniature train that runs during the Sunday market. You will find fresh, locally grown produce, meats and eggs as well as fresh baking and preserves. There's plenty of ready to eat food to keep you satisfied as you listen to live music, enjoy local craftspeople and relax around the stage or the children's sandbox. Est. in 1983, Parksville Museum has become home to original heritage buildings from Parksville and nearby surrounding areas. Our collection includes Parksville's second oldest church, the original Parksville Volunteer Fire Department building, and 2 cabins from Craig's By the Sea Auto Camp.
