To give back to the land that provides for us, as we are all connected to the earth and if you don't take care of it, it can't take care of us. Regenerative and restorative agriculture is our direction, with the planting of perennial crops, land management and building soil. Food has always been very important to us; where it comes from, how it is grown and how it affects the land it is grown on.

O'Keefe Ranch was founded in 1867 by Cornelius O'Keefe. His family lived on site for 110 years before it was opened as an historic ranch, meaning it still houses one of the most complete collections of one family's stuff (from the Victorian and Edwardian eras) in all of the province. Today O'Keefe Ranch is operated by a non-profit society and is a registered charity. In the winter: we are close to the ski hill (only two minutes) and cross country skiing or snow shoeing starts in our back yard! Down town Kimberley is only a 5 minutes (short cut) walk and we are across from the well known restaurant The Old Bauernhaus.
