The Sun Peaks Lodge is located in 2 adjacent buildings in the heart of Sun Peaks Resort, with ski-in/ski-out access, just steps away from the chairlift for skiing, hiking and biking and the 18-hole Golf Course. All the village shops & restaurants are located directly outside the front door. The 44 rooms and studios are tastefully decorated and feature flat screen TV , comfortable beds with duvets, hotel fridge, private safe, phone, coffee maker with complimentary coffee/tea, iron/ironing board, renovated bathrooms with walk in rain showers and hairdryer. The studios offer kitchenettes. During the ski season (Dec-Mar) a hot tub, sauna, steam room, ski storage room and the Steakhouse restaurant are available.

From mid-May through August, studios and 1-bedroom suites are available on the beautiful UBC Vancouver campus. Only 20 minutes by car to downtown or the airport. The Gage Residence is within walking distance to UBC bus loop, restaurants, shops, recreational facilities and attractions. the Red Goat Lodge located on the northern end of Eddontenajon Lake in the heart of northern BC's pristine forests, mountains, rivers and lakes. Summer time there is a restaraunt 10 minutes south of us and just north of us in Iskut there is a small, very limited in selections, grocery/gas station.

The Latch Inn, on Harbour Road in Sidney, is steeped in history and a glamourous past. In 1925, the Lieutenant-Governor of British Columbia, Walter C. Nichol, commissioned famous architect Samuel Maclure to build him a summer home on a piece of forested property on the Saanich peninsula. The residence, completed in 1926 and coined Miraloma', was a brilliant confluence of the environment and artistic design. Even today, it oozes an old-world elegance and charm. Once the playground for the upper crust, it hosted sumptuous garden parties and welcomed visits from dignitaries and royalty. Edward, the Prince of Wales, and his brother George enjoyed the classy and comfortable accommodation in a state tour of British Columbia in 1927. In the 1940s, it became known as The Latch', reflecting the fact that every door in the house is opened with a latch and iron key.
