Mt Seymour has been the choice for Vancouver's outdoor enthusiasts for over 70 years. An easy drive from Greater Vancouver carries you out of the city and into our pristine winter playground where you can take in breathtaking views of Mt Baker, Vancouver Island and beyond. The Wood family took over the operation in 1984 have been proud to share Mt Seymour and continue the long-standing tradition of providing each and every guest with a memorable mountain experience. Whether you're a seasoned pro rider or have never seen snow before, we're excited to share it with you. What makes Mt Seymour different?Mt Seymour is Vancouver's starting gate to winter recreation. We offer something for everyone: skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, winter education programs, snowtubing, tobogganing, great food, and special events. Mt Seymour's elevation and proximity to the Pacific Ocean provides us with the most reliable and consistent snowfall in the region. While snow quality and quantity is important, our most recognized feature is a long-standing tradition of providing fun winter experiences for all abilities and ages! Mt Seymour features the right blend of natural and enhanced terrain. Beginners feel welcome and safe on our many gentle slopes that make learning fun and easy and more advanced skiers and riders appreciate the challenge and variety of the natural features, gullies, and our professionally sculpted terrain parks. Mt Seymour's Ski and Snowboard School offers a wide variety of programs to meet the needs of new and progressing skiers and riders. The school embodies our proud tradition of safety, fun, and learning. Snowtubing and tobogganing at our Enquist Lodge are exciting and accessible activities that are fun for families and friends of all ages. We also offer an excellent snowshoe program and were recently voted the No.1 snowshoe friendly ski resort in North America. We provide, guided tours, over 10 kilometers of dedicated snowshoe trails, and snowshoe rentals.

Lakeshore Bed & Breakfast provides two well appointed suites for your comfort. The Lakeview Room and the Spruceview Room offer queen beds, sitting areas and ensuite bathrooms. The Lakeview Room has a balcony overlooking the gardens and the lake. The extensive deck, gardens and beach provide an oasis in the city for your relaxation and enjoyment after a delicious breakfast served in the dining room, overlooking the gardens and lake. We offer two kayaks for our guests use and of course in season, swimming in the lake is a great way to cool off.

Alpine Helicopters have been providing safe and professional helicopter services since 1961. Coquitlam Heritage Society operates Mackin House Museum. Mackin House is one of the last remaining Fraser Mill homes. Located on the corner of Brunette Avenue and Marmont Street, Mackin House has been a landmark and monument in the community since it was built in 1909. It continues to be an enduring symbol of Coquitlams rich history. Visit us for a historic tour, to see our rotating exhibits, or to attend one of the many workshops and events we offer! Rocky Point Kayak is located at the foot of the boat launch at Rocky Point Park in Port Moody. Our sheltered location offers easy access to the Burrard Inlet and the Indian Arm. The calm waters at Rocky Point have an abundance of bird and wildlife just a short paddle from shore. Stunning scenery and secluded beaches provide a quick wilderness escape despite being only 25 minutes from downtown Vancouver. We offer hourly, daily, or weekly rentals, of kayaks, canoes and stand up paddleboards. In addition, we offer Paddle Canada certified lesson programs and tours, and many weekly drop-in social paddles. We have the staff and equipment to host large group or corporate outing and specialize in school paddle trips and lessons. We operate seasonally from April 1 to the end of Thanksgiving. We have a large rental fleet with a diverse range of boats for novice, intermediate and advanced paddlers. Our rental fleet consists of single, double, family-friendly double kayaks, canoes, and stand up paddle boards.

Woodbury Resort& Marina is Kootenay Lakes only year round resort. We offer everthing you need in one remote location. RV spots, motel rooms and tenting.
