Our beautiful remote wilderness lodge is located at the shore of Williston Lake, 65 km by boat from Hudson's Hope. Pick up in Hudson's Hope is included. We also provide great guided wilderness adventure for individuals, couples and smaller groups (up to 8 persons). All trips are unique and individual, when it comes to accomodation, activities and duration. We can take you into the Rocky Mountains on horse back in tent camp and spend the days riding and hiking - we can go fishing for huge trouts on the lake - we can explore the area on side-by-sides, and maybe see bears, moose, elk and goats. You can stay at our lodge, in a remote cabin or in a tent camp - it can be as wild as you prefer.During the fall we also do hunting adventure of the big game of British Columbia.We look forward to welcome you as friends and say good bye as family !This is a true wilderness adventure!

Welcome to Skmana Ski and Snowshoe Club. Our ski and snowshoe club offers 18 kms of track set classic ski trials and a generous offering of designated snow shoe trails. All are well marked and cover a very wide range of natural forest, lakes and streams. Families, social groups and individual skiers and snowshoers will all find the trails very user friendly. Liard River Hot Springs is a river of hot water that provides relief to Alaskan bound travellers after a long day on the road. The hot springs complex is of national ecological significance and is well known for its natural setting in a lush boreal spruce forest. The park is such a popular stop over for tourists that the campgound fills up early each day during the summer months. Liard is also open year-round. There is a hot spring open to the public with water temperatures ranging from 42° C to 52° C. Facilities include a change house and composting toilet. A boardwalk, which leads to the hot spring pools(A natural river of hot water), passes through a warm water swamp and boreal forest that supports rich and diverse plant communities as well as mammal and bird species.
