The areas premier destination for travellers and paddlers who want to adventure beyond Tofino and explore all the area has to offer. A range of kayaking tours lead by experienced guides who enjoy sharing thier knowledge and passion of the area with people of all skill levels. For the more experienced paddler we have day and multi-day sea kayak rentals. The kayak centre features kayaking supplies, clothing and books If paddling isnt your thing you can watch them come and go from our waterfront deck overlooking Clayoquot Sound while enjoying a fine roasted coffee or speciality tea and locally made goodie

Pynelogs Cultural Centre & Art Gallery is the cultural hub for the Columbia Valley. We feature visual art shows, concerts, art workshops, an indie film-series, outdoor music festival, and anything else artsy! Pynelogs is over a century old, located on the shores of Lake Windermere, in the heart of Invermere. Its a quaint building with a long history. Cafe Allium is also part of our creative ambience, serving up a hearty healthy fare of food, and when possible, locally sourced.

Xwum Canoe Rentals is located at Grant Narrows, and provides canoe rental services and boat launch access at Pitt Lake near Widgeon Slough and Widgeon Falls. We are open from May Long Weekend until September 30th annually. For out-of-season rentals, please email us at info@xwum.ca

The Cranbrook History Centre is a landmark site located in Cranbrook BC. We preserve and display internationally recognized paleontology specimens, a nationally designated railcar collection, and serve as a repository for the history of Cranbrook and the East Kootenay region for all to explore and discover.
