Investigate artefacts from the Boer War, World War I and World War II, the Korean War, the Cold War, and contemporary military operations. The Okanagan Military Museum is devoted to the preservation and greater awareness of Okanagan military heritage, and reveals how locals contributed to events on the world stage. Join us for the November lecture series, for Remembrance Day, and for school, family, and group programs all year. Researchers will enjoy the Vince Bezeau Military Archives and Library. A visit to the Okanagan Military Museum fosters a greater connection to the Okanagan men and women who served.

We are a Non-profit Society preserving the history of the area that shows what life was like back in the Gold Rush days. The 108 Heritage Site has buildings on site going as far back as 1880. The buildings are opened everyday from May long weekend so people can see some of the great artifacts that they hold. The 105 Mile Roadhouse is open to the public to walk through. Our knowledgeable staff and students will be happy to give you a tour and talk about the house and how it was used then. The 108 Heritage Site runs mainly on donations from guests who appreciate and love the history behind the good old days

Welcome to Skmana Ski and Snowshoe Club. Our ski and snowshoe club offers 18 kms of track set classic ski trials and a generous offering of designated snow shoe trails. All are well marked and cover a very wide range of natural forest, lakes and streams. Families, social groups and individual skiers and snowshoers will all find the trails very user friendly. You wont be disappointed!
