The Canadian Wildlife Museum is located just minutes north of Vernon B.C. We offer an outstanding arrangement of Wildlife Displays, most of which the average person would never see in the wild. There are over 350 mounted specimens, ranging in size from mice to bison, including over 120 birds of prey and over 115 different species of Canadian wildlife. There is also a large butterfly and moth collection. There are 45 viewing stations, with over 220 different scenes of wildlife. The excellence in taxidermy workmanship and amazing artwork is not just in the mounted animals but also in the natural detailed dioramas. There is also a Gift Shop with many very unique wildlife/nature related novelties, souvenirs, and gifts.

Bavin Glassworks is a family owned and operated working Art Studio and Gallery specializing in Blown Glass. Established in 1988 by Pat Bavin, Bavin Glassworks continues to operate much the same way as it always has. People are welcome to view the glassblowers at work when they are in the studio, and then can view and purchase the wares made on site in the attached gallery.
The Fraser River Discovery Centre is a fun and friendly place for families of all ages in the heart of New Westminster, BC. We are here to discover the environment, economy and culture of the Fraser River through rotating exhibits and hands-on activities. The Union Club of British Columbia began in 1879 and the current establishment was completed in 1913. It is one of the National Historic Sites of Canada. Holly Hill Petting Farm is the proud home of Vancouver Island's only baby wallabies! We're an interactive and expansive petting farm nestled in the heart of Campbell River. There's always something special happening at the farm, from the Christmas Stable with Santa to the Easter Extravaganza and Pumpkin Patch. From March through October, you're invited to explore and immerse yourself in our free-ranging barnyard. Get ready for a truly hands-on experience as you hold chickens, snuggle baby bunnies, brush mini goats, and hand-feed our friendly alpacas and horse. If you're lucky, you might even witness the birth of a newborn sheep or goat! Currently open Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM for drop-in visitors. The Hedley Museum is closed for the 2022 season now. Opening again in May of 2023. Opening hours generally include Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Mondays 10:00-4:00pm. In 2023 we hope to be open 7 days a week for July and August. A charming heritage museum in the heart of the Similkameen Valley, that shares the towns gold mining history. The building houses a gift shop, tea room and an amazing collection of photos, stories and artifacts. The back garden is shaded and provides a welcome place to sit and enjoy the day. The building is wheel accessible and air conditioned. Admission is by donation and our tour guides will gladly show you around the museum. Also lots of brochures, maps and info for tourists & visitors at the info booth inside the museum.
