This off grid mountain lodge situated at 3,700 feet in the mountains, on a private lake, has all the comforts of home. Three bedrooms have a queen and single bed with one room having two single beds. Close to the lodge are three rustic cabins that are 12' x 10', each cabin sleeps 2 each, use of an outdoor cook shack and fire pit. Campsites are available too! Valley Retreat is a fully updated, modern 7 room lodge in a quiet mountain setting just 1.5 km from Revelstoke Mountain Resort. We are located 53 Km north of Nanaimo, B.C. and 32 Km South of Courtenay, B.C. We are 7 Km from the Buckley Bay Ferry Terminal which is the gateway to Denman and Hornby Island. Our sites offer an oceanfront view of Denman Island and the Chrome Island Lighthouse. Campers and tenting is also welcome at the Lighthouse RV Park. If you're hauling a boat we have a boat launch on site with nightly moorage available.
