Theatre NorthWest is a regional, professional theatre dedicated to bringing our audience a wide range of plays drawn from contemporary Canadian and international repertoires. Actors and other theatre professionals are contracted for each production from across Canada to work with our resident staff in order to bring together a four-play season which runs from September to May.

We are a Non-profit Society preserving the history of the area that shows what life was like back in the Gold Rush days. The 108 Heritage Site has buildings on site going as far back as 1880. The buildings are opened everyday from May long weekend so people can see some of the great artifacts that they hold. The 105 Mile Roadhouse is open to the public to walk through. Our knowledgeable staff and students will be happy to give you a tour and talk about the house and how it was used then. The 108 Heritage Site runs mainly on donations from guests who appreciate and love the history behind the good old days

Haida Gwaii Kayak is a locally owned and operated kayak outfitter in Haida Gwaii, British Columbia. They offer affordable and professional sea kayak tours, kayak & SUP rentals and camping equipment. Our store is in the charming community of Daajing Giids, and we service nearly all of Haida Gwaii. We're a local company that takes pride in sharing our little corner of the world with you.

Transportation for Powell River's Canoe Route and waterways. Transportation is what we do best. Needing a ride to your start point or to get home? How about a group trip? Maybe your vehicle isn't ready for the many miles of potholed dirt roads, mud and logging trucks to get to the lakes. Also, the Powell Forest Canoe Route isn't a full circle rather more U shaped. This is where our service is invaluable, we get you where you need to be in a safe and timely manner so you can get on with your adventure.
