Wild Root Journeys offers day and multi-day sea kayak and hiking trips, lessons, and nature retreats along British Columbia's coastline. We are certified guides through the Sea Kayak Guide Alliance of BC offering experience and heart. Our goal is to open doors for those seeking out adventure, time to recharge and growth in nature.

Lord Stanley is an apartment hotel in Vancouvers West End situated next to beautiful Stanley Park. Lord Stanley is conveniently located close to public transportation and to Robson and Denman Streets, where a variety of restaurants and shops can be found and is also within walking distance to Vancouvers business, shopping and entertainment district. Lord Stanley can accommodate stays from one night to several months in fully furnished one and two bedroom deluxe suites with panoramic water, park and mountain views. All suites feature full kitchens, in-suite washer and dryer, full bathroom, wireless Internet connection, office and have either an open balcony or enclosed solarium.

Our two bedroom garden level suite offers 1000 sq ft. of privacy complete with your own entrance and easy access to our beautiful garden. Each bedroom offers a queen bed with pillow top mattresses and quality linens. The suite is immaculate and offers travelers that added bonus of having a living room to relax as well as a kitchenette and eating area. Travelers enjoy the convenience of a fridge as well as the ability to make coffee and tea at any time. Guests rave about our home cooked full breakfast which can be enjoyed on our deck (weather permitting) with gorgeous mountain views as the backdrop. We are a family style motel situated on Cortes Island, in beautiful British Columbia. Our motel offers ten comfortable and affordable rooms (most rooms have kitchenettes).
