Start your visit to the Harrison River Valley at the Harrison Visitor Information Centre & Sasquatch Museum! Our friendly staff is here to help you with maps, brochures, and local tips to make the most of your time in the area. While youre here, take a walk through the Sasquatch Museum and discover the stories behind this legendary creature. The exhibits offer a fascinating look at the history, sightings, and cultural significance of the Sasquatch. Whether youre planning an outdoor adventure or just passing through, the Harrison Visitor Information Centre & Sasquatch Museum is a great place to get your bearings and learn a bit of local lore.

Est. in 1983, Parksville Museum has become home to original heritage buildings from Parksville and nearby surrounding areas. Our collection includes Parksville's second oldest church, the original Parksville Volunteer Fire Department building, and 2 cabins from Craig's By the Sea Auto Camp. Grounds are open year round and buildings are open starting May 4, 2023 Thursdays through Mondays (closed Tues/Wed) from 11AM - 6PM. Playland is part of the Pacific National Exhibition (PNE) fairgrounds in Vancouver and is BCs most famous amusement park. Playland offers over 35 rides and attractions, including four exciting roller coasters. One of the most loved and talked about attractions at Playland is the historic Wooden Roller Coaster. Cedar Ridge Golf course offers an excellent golf experience by providing guests with an 18-hole Par 3 golf course that can be enjoyed in less time than a full size course while still providing challenges to the practiced golfer and attainable successes to the beginner. The Armstrong Spallumcheen Visitor Centre is the place to begin your North Okanagan experience. Our knowledgeable and friendly team are here to assist in everything from accommodation to directions or information on any of the many events and festivals. Please note: this centre is normally closed for Statutory Holidays from September - June.
