Ahous Adventures offers an exciting variety of eco-cultural 2024 Winter excursions including Hot Springs Cove tours and Nature Tours. We invite visitors to explore Tofino & auusat hauuii (Ahousaht territories) through the lens of the people who have lived on & stewarded these lands & waters since time immemorial. We openly share our knowledge, culture & history through storytelling.

Facilities: Public beach, day-use picnic area, flush toilets, change house. Location: Off Hwy 3, in the town of Christina Lake. Christina Lake has a reputation of being one of the warmest lakes in all of Canada and is very popular with families. With its 300 metres of fine sandy beach, people flock to this swimming destination in the summer months. There is no overnight camping at this location. The closest provincial park campground with overnight accommodation is Gladstone (Texas Creek campground), 10 km east of Christina Lake. Nearby provincial campgrounds that should be able to accommodate last-minute campers in July and August include Boundary Creek, Jewel Lake, and Nancy Greene.

Located 25 minutes from Massett, drive down the well maintained gravel road which is flanked with ancient rainforests. The longhouses are nestled within beautiful Naikoon Provincial Park boundaries in an ancient village on Northern Haida Gwaii. The seven Haida longhouses and the immense Group Longhouse offer comfortable and cozy accommodations. This is truly a "GLAMPING" experience as Hiellen Village Longhouses is off the grid and the amenities are very basic. Snow Peak Rentals run private snowmobile guided tours for personal trail & backcountry experiences. We also provide current year Polaris/Skidoo sled rentals, as well as avalanche safety and protective gear. Our guides are highly certified and we've been in the sled rental and tour business since 1996. Located in Golden, BC, we have a vast area of terrain to play in and finding fresh snow is a breeze. The par 72, 18 hole course plays just beyond 7000 yards from the back tees. The fairways are well defined, with 40 strategically placed bunkers and water hazards in play on more than half of the 18 holes. These add to the degree of difficulty, while the open greens make Pagoda Ridge an enjoyable place to play. The bent grass greens are large and inviting, tempt the "go for it" attitude yet often rewarding the more accurate approach shots. The Asian infused architecture creates a memorable, unique experience that is unprecedented by any other course in the Fraser Valley. As you advance through the park-like grounds, walk upon the replica "Great Wall Of China" and past an authentic Chinese Fighting Ship, the Pagoda style architecture will provide you with a surreal sense that you have entered a mystical golf destination. -

Fraser Fishing Adventures offers guided Sturgeon and Salmon fishing trips on the Fraser River and its tributaries. We can accommodate groups of all sizes, from corporate events to bachelor/bachelorette parties or just a small group of friends or family that want to get out and catch these prehistoric fish! Our flightseeing tours are a wonderful way to see the wilderness and the beautiful Lakes District. Our floatplane flights are a great experience especially for those who have never been in a small plane. We own and operate one of Canada's most famous airplanes...the Dehavilland Beaver, come see for yourself and take a tour through historic areas and see BC's largest provincial park, Tweedsmuir!

Cottonwood House is one of the last remaining roadhouses in British Columbia. With over 75 years of Boyd family legacy, a visit to this historic site will allow you to experience the rich history of the Cariboo region first hand. Cottonwood House was built in 1864 offering accommodation, meals, hardware and provisions to many on their journey along the Cariboo Wagon Road to Barkerville or Quesnel. Today, this 26 acre wheelchair accessible provincial heritage site is a tourist destination offering heritage interpretation, hiking, and day use facilities.

Tofino Surf School is a local owner operated business. We offer small group sizes and personalized surf lessons. Surfing and teaching people how to surf is our passion. Tofino Surf School has taught thousands of people to surf young and old, including people with disabilities. We would love to get you started too!When you take a lesson with Tofino Surf School you have many options to choose from. You and your friends can opt to book a group lesson, you and your friends can join one of our scheduled lessons. You can can book a private 1-on-1 lesson or if you have some surf experience and your own equipment you can sign up for a surf guide where we show you the best surf spots and paddle out with you.
