Welcome to one of the Cariboo's gems, Martens Resort and RV Park on beautiful Timothy Lake! Our campground is spread over 15 acres and enjoys 1100 feet of shoreline. As you sip coffee in the morning you're almost guaranteed to see fish jumping from the glassy surface of the lake. Whether you fish, waterski, swim, float or simply dip your toes - the lake will call to you (as well as the loons). When guests at our family campground aren't enjoying the lake, they love our volleyball court, playgrounds, yard games, and general vacation vibe. Many campers choose to start their days with a stroll around our 1km nature trail, simply enjoying the symphony of quiet. Bring your boat, bring your kids, bring your dog and come enjoy some camping in BC's Beautiful Southern Cariboo, where the air is clean, the summers are hot and the night sky is crystal clear. We are located in Lac La Hache, between 100 Mile House and Williams Lake in beautiful British Columbia, Canada. The Barn building on our property was left empty at the end of our horses lives. Not wanting to have the building unused, we eventually decided to expand our home-based art and photography business which had been housed for years in our much smaller studio into this great new space. After months of renovations ART IN THE BARN GALLERY was born. We went on, to further renovate space to house Gabriels full-service, in-house Photography Studio and a full service on site framing shop. We both have a long history of working in Victoria as well as years of experience in our professions and work spanning Canada and other countries. It is fabulous to have such a wonderful place to showcase our work. While we predominantly display our own art and photography, we also occasionally host other talented people with locally made artwork for display and sale which includes pottery, jewelry. A must see. Nectar Yoga is a healing experience that awakens and nourishes body and spirit through multi- and single-day retreats. Contained within 20-acres of untouched land on Bowen Island, Nectar features 7 cozy, Scandinavian-inspired cottages and 3 rooms; locally grown organic food; yoga and meditation sessions; and enhancements such as massage and tarot readings.

Snowshoeing is a great way to explore winter landscapes. We cater to a wide variety of age groups, fitness and experience levels. If you have never been snowshoeing, fear not, if you can walk you can snowshoe. Join us on a guided tour through beautiful snowshoe designated trails in the sub-alpine forests of the Selkirk Mountains. Tour includes snowshoes, tea, snacks and a gondola ride.

BC's Original Paddleboard Shop - Across from Kalamalka Beach and at the head of the Okanagan Rail Trail. Kalavida is BC's first paddleboard-focused shop and has played an important role in promoting the sport regionally and nationally. The Retail Shop is full of Paddleboards, gear, surf-inspired clothing, flops and more. The Rental Shop has Bike Rentals (E-Bike & Cruiser) and the largest fleet of paddleboards in the region. Head out for an amazing experience on Kalamalka Lake or Rent a bike for the Okanagan Rail Trail or Kalamalka Provincial Park - or both! Before or after your ride, visit the Rail Trail Cafe and historic Kal Beach Market located right next to the shop.

Fraserview Golf Course offers an old course feeling in a West Coast setting. Overlooking the Fraser River, this well-maintained, traditional-style course offers topographical changes along majestic, tree-lined fairways. Our Clubhouse at Fraserview is open to the public, seven days per week. You don't need to be a golfer to relax and unwind in its historic and elegant parkland environment. Our licensed patio overlooks the scenic, tree-lined golf course and is the perfect spot to unwind after golf, meet for a casual lunch, or bring the family.

Welcome to Mackenzie, BC where the wild roam free! The RV Park includes 18 full service (50 amp) sites, 9 with power only (30 amp) sites, and 7 no-service sites. Tourists may stay 2 nights for free (non-service sites), please register at the Public Works Office. All sites include free firewood, wireless internet, hot showers/flush toilets, and a sani dump near by.

Bavin Glassworks is a family owned and operated working Art Studio and Gallery specializing in Blown Glass. Established in 1988 by Pat Bavin, Bavin Glassworks continues to operate much the same way as it always has. People are welcome to view the glassblowers at work when they are in the studio, and then can view and purchase the wares made on site in the attached gallery.

Traditional salmon fishing for Chinook and Coho salmon are available from July through September in calm, secluded waters throughout Rivers Inlet. Halibut, Yellow Eye and Lingcod are also plentiful in these waters all summer. Heli-fishing for huge northern Coho salmon (20 lbs. plus) within the pristine rivers of the BC coastline is available during September and October, and wild Steelhead fishing from helicopters are available during April and May.Legacy Lodge offers exceptional fly fishing for Pacific salmon on the calm, protected waters of Rivers Inlet. The dense populations of Coho and Chinook in the waters surrounding Legacy Lodge are aggressive, and will take your fly..... and 200 feet of backing off your reel in seconds! Known around the globe for its magnificent scenery and unparalled salmon fishing, the waters of Rivers Inlet teem with some of the largest Coho and Chinook Salmon in the world. Full of energy and fight, these salmon can battle for hours, over incredible distances.Rivers Inlet lies within the Great Bear Rainforest, the planets last large expanses of coastal temperate rainforest. At 8+ million acres, it is 5 times the size of Banff National Park and represents one of the most diverse ecosystems on the planet. With an unmatched biological output of 500 tons per acre, it's 40 percent greater than tropical rain forests.
