Our winery is evidence of what one man with vision, determination, and a little luck can accomplish. Proprietor and winemaker, Ted Kane, developed a passion for winemaking at a young age. Many Alberta winters were spent learning and planning how to accomplish his ultimate goal; owning and operating a winery in Canada's premiere wine producing area, Oliver Osoyoos Wine Country. 10 years after acquiring it, this perfect piece of raw land has been transformed into a 7 acre vineyard producing several varieties of high quality fruit, a fully functioning winery with a boutique tasting room and, most importantly, our family home. We specialize in the Bordeaux varietals, but also have a selection of white wines and a unique, full bodied Malbec Rose.

Sardis Outdoor Rentals offers bicycles, paddle boards and kayaks for rent in Chilliwack. We are a mobile service located within the Sardis neighbourhood. Rentals are dropped off at Vedder Park (located off the Vedder River Rotary Trail) or Cultus Lake.

Explore secret Canada with an all-inclusive adventure vacation in our mountain paradise. In winter we offer skiing and snowboarding over 3 Northern ski resorts, cat skiing, backcountry and snowmobiling. In summer we mountain bike, hike, paddle, view bears and whales and ride horses. Choose from set itineraries or customize your own. Day tours also available.

This non-profit society manages over 20 km of nordic trails groomed for classic and skate winter skiing in two areas managed by the club. One area is in town at the Fernie Golf Course featuring 12 km of trails on fairly mellow terrain with wide open spaces. There are also more than 10 km of trails at the Elk Valley Nordic Centre next to Mount Fernie Provincial Park. To reach the Elk Valley Nordic Centre, go west from Fernie on Highway 3. At 3 km from the bridge, turn right at the Island Lake Lodge sign. Follow the road for 0.9 km to the Mt. Fernie Provincial Park sign. Turn left into the overflow parking lot at 0.2 km. The hilly terrain and isolated nature of the trails makes this a very exciting place to ski. The trails link up with the multi-use trails at Fernie Alpine Resort. Trail maps are posted at the kiosks located at the entrances to the trails. Please NO DOGS ON THE TRAILS at any time. The Elk Valley Nordic Centre Warming Hut is located at (49.485633 N, 115.090980 W).

The Splatsin people reside on Indian reserve lands adjacent to the City of Enderby to the south and across the Shuswap River to the east.

MK Bay Marina is a full service community based marina, located on the east side of the Douglas Channel. The marina is focused on servicing mariners who enjoy the ocean in this beautiful area.
