Coastal Black is a family owned and operated fruit winery, meadery and cidery. All our wines and ciders are hand-crafted on site. Gallery Merrick is a contemporary commercial art gallery featuring both emerging and established Canadian artists. They have paintings and mixed media for sale, with layway plans as an option. Beautiful, thought-provoking, and sometimes challenging paintings for sale by some of the best in Canada's art scene.

Little Qualicum Falls Provincial Park straddles the scenic Little Qualicum River, west of Parksville, where impressive waterfalls cascade and plummet down a rocky gorge in a beautiful forest setting. Perhaps the most magnificent park on Vancouver Island, Little Qualicum Falls incorporates the entire southern shore of Cameron Lake, adjacent to MacMillan Provincial Park and the awesome Cathedral Grove Rainforest. Cameron Lake is bordered by steep mountains: Mt. Wesley to the north and Mt. Arrowsmith to the south.

This large scenic park and wilderness area contains five major lakes, two river systems, many small lakes, streams, waterfalls and rapids, which make this an outdoor recreation paradise.
