A scenic 40 minute ferry ride from Vancouver, situated on the beautiful Sunshine Coast, Up The Creek Backpacker's Lodge is 14km from the ferry terminal at Langdale. It is a charismatic, family-run cedar house nestled amongst many large cedar and fir trees, and is an easy 10-minute walk to the "Heart of the Roberts Creek". The lodge includes a guest kitchen, large sun-deck with hammocks and barbecue, friendly common areas, free loaner bikes, boardgames, and a resource library and book swap. You will have the choice to stay in our 7 bed-dorm Arbutus, or in one of our 3 private rooms: the Fir room (up to 4 people), the Cedar room (up to 5 people), and our lovely Cherry Cabin situated in our garden (up to 2 people). We are the only hostel situated on the lower Sunshine Coast - and you can stay with us from only $28 per night! So come and enjoy a rest in the Creek, but be aware, you'll want to stay longer!

I-Hos Gallery presents a collection of traditional and contemporary Northwest Coast artwork, including masks, prints, gold and silver jewelry, wood carvings and more produced by First Nations artists. I-Hos Gallery is Band owned and operated by K'omoks First Nation. Our culture is expressed through our art. We are located between Courtenay and Comox on Vancouver Island, on the site of the original Komoks Village. We deal directly with all of our First Nation artists and provide you with all legends and artist biographies. The True Blue Lodge has 4 fully renovated cabins each featuring full modern kitchens with ranges, microwave, keurig coffee makers, kettles, toaster and pots and pans. Comfort features include queen sized beds, fold down double sized couches for extra guests, hardwood floors, DVD players, smart app TV (Netflix) and guest laundry room. You are able to rent DVDs from the property if desired. When in season, please enjoy the use of the large communal courtyard with BBQ area and outdoor fire pit. Lawn games can be found in the laundry room. True Blue Lodge is Pet and motorcycle friendly! There is Registered Massage Therapy service at additional cost available on the property as well. The Massage service is usually available Tuesday-Fridays.
