Situated alongside Hallamore Lake, Alpine Meadows Resort is 24 KMs outside of Clearwater BC, the gateway to Wells Gray Provincial Park. Choose from chalet, log suite or log home accommodations; or come see whats under the stars, and camp in your RV or one of our glamping tents. CHECK IN: Starts at 3 PM. Please note, Alpine Meadows is a small and remote resort, we do not operate a 24-hour Front Desk. Guests who anticipate arriving later than 9 PM should contact the resort in advance to confirm check-in procedures/availability. ** We are unable to accommodate arrivals after 9 PM without prior arrangements. ** DINING: Our onsite restaurant, The Boathouse, is open for breakfast and dinner daily. Dinner is by reservation only, please contact us directly in advance of your stay for available dinner times and to reserve, our restaurant closes after the last reservation has been served. GETTING HERE: Please remember that the road to the resort (via the recommended Clearwater route) is partially dirt/gravel. Please be sure to visit the "getting here" section of our website. The Blaylock Mansion sits on 44 acres, 13 of which are beautifully manicured gardens with ponds, reflecting pools and waterfalls. The Tudor revival mansion is majestic and awe-inspiring. Located so close to Nelson, you get the best, serenity and seclusion with town amenities just minutes away.

Our spacious property is located next to one of British Columbias oldest and most beautiful golf courses. We have RV sites and a large play area for children and pets. You can stay in a modern cozy villa or one of our serviced RV sites. We are only a short walk to the very relaxing Kettle River. There you can catch a trout or take a very enjoyable float down the peaceful river. We have an abundance of wild life on and around the property. Everything from song birds and birds of prey to deer and elk.

The Vagabond Lodge, is a boutique lodge located at Kicking Horse Mountain Resort Golden BC. All rooms are located on the upper level of this 3 story building. There is no elevator just so you are aware. The beautifully decorated rooms all have great views of the majestic Rocky Mountains. All bedrooms have private bathrooms with shower/tub enclosures and all bathrooms have heated floors. Vagabond Lodge does not have air conditioning but for the few days in the mountains where it may be considered hot by some standards, the windows all open to the fresh mountain air. A hearty and healthy breakfast featuring sourdough bread, eggs, pancakes, yogurt, cereals and more is complimentary. Lower level features a pool table, games area with all sorts of board games and access to sauna and outdoor hot tub.

Want to soar like an eagle? Or knock an item off of your bucket list? Then come and visit us! We offer tandem flights for: Paragliding, Hang Gliding & Motorized Hang Gliding Trike. Tandem flights range in time from 8 minutes to over an hour, depending on the conditions. If you want to become a pilot yourself, we have qualified instructors to teach you how to paraglide or hang glide. The flight park has 2 launch sites and a 2000' grass runway and 2 smaller taxiways as well as a Pilot's Lounge, an outdoor covered deck where you can relax after your flight and watch others "commit acts of aviation"! We are open from late April to mid-October, weather permitting.
