Wedge offers Whitewater Rafting Tours in Whistler, BC from 2.5 hour excursions to full day adventures, departing Whistler Village up to eight times daily. Experience an amazing Whistler river adventure on the Green, Cheakamus or Elaho-Squamish Rivers only minutes away from the resort. The tours include full wetsuits, transportation, instruction and professional raft guides. You just need to bring yourself, your swimsuit and a sense of adventure!

The Shaw Centre for the Salish Sea is a not-for-profit aquarium and learning centre devoted to the exploration and conservation of the Salish Sea - named after the Coast Salish Indigenous peoples of the region. Explore natural aquaria habitats of 3,500 marine amabassadors including a giant Pacific octopus, colourful rockfish, and magnificent wolf eels. Check out the marine mammal artifacts, complete with a rare orca skeleton, and take in the beautiful Coast Salish art. Welcome to Cluxewe, a natural wonder, in the land of the Kwakiutl people. Cluxewe has two different, but related, meanings: place of the changing river mouth and place of refuge. Listen to waves splash on the shoreline. Awaken to the haunting sound of loons or the rusty-gate screech of a bald eagle. Enjoy fabulous summer sunsets over Broughton Strait. In early summer you can enjoy both sunsets and sunrises from your deck. Each of the twelve cozy cottages, including the 3-unit "tri-plex," comes with cooking and dining utensils, stove, refrigerator, microwave oven, and full bathroom. Cottages also feature TV/VCR's with satellite television. These cottages are wonderful retreats for artists, writers, and nature lovers as well as fishermen! 152 campsites, many on the ocean and Cluxewe River estuary.

The Hedley Museum is closed for the 2022 season now. Opening again in May of 2023. Opening hours generally include Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Mondays 10:00-4:00pm. In 2023 we hope to be open 7 days a week for July and August. A charming heritage museum in the heart of the Similkameen Valley, that shares the towns gold mining history. The building houses a gift shop, tea room and an amazing collection of photos, stories and artifacts. The back garden is shaded and provides a welcome place to sit and enjoy the day. The building is wheel accessible and air conditioned. Admission is by donation and our tour guides will gladly show you around the museum. Also lots of brochures, maps and info for tourists & visitors at the info booth inside the museum.

Open year-round with bold, nature-based design concept pays homage to the Ktunaxa First Nations connection to the earth, and highlights flora and fauna native to the mountains and foothills in our backyard. The all-new, full-service restaurant (pronounced like key-seeouk- keekit/th) is a dining experience all its own. The new restaurant features small plates & appetizers, sandwiches & salads, entrees and a full bar including craft cocktails.

From one small berry stand, Maan Farms has grown into a place with something for everyone, whether you want to sample the fresh berries, fruits and vegetables, enjoy the delicious ice cream and jam, make some new friends in the critter corral, get lost in the fall corn maze, enjoy a free wine tasting, whiz by on the zip-line or simply stop by for a visit in the family picnic area. But some things have not changed. Maan Farms still grows the juiciest red strawberries in the Fraser Valley, and we are always happy to greet everyone who stops by, whether they are a familiar face or a first time visitor. Fall attractions include daytime corn maze, pumpkin patch, free pumpkin carving station, haunted evening corn maze, & moonlit hay-wagon rides.

Bavin Glassworks is a family owned and operated working Art Studio and Gallery specializing in Blown Glass. Established in 1988 by Pat Bavin, Bavin Glassworks continues to operate much the same way as it always has. People are welcome to view the glassblowers at work when they are in the studio, and then can view and purchase the wares made on site in the attached gallery.
