The Flora's/Bamfield Inn property is a combination of 3 buildings. Newly renovated, the 12 room motel (in the back) has private accommodations and bathrooms, with a common kitchen and living room area for all guests to enjoy. The front building hosts our check in, retail and cafe space that's right on the boardwalk, featuring a large covered deck with lots of seating. The middle and largest building on the property is a 100 years old, with tons of history, and is home to an 80 seat restaurant (open daily in the summer). Above the restaurant, we have 8 Inn rooms available- 4 of them featuring beautiful ocean views, and 2 with large 400sq ft wraparound decks. The Pacific Rim Visitor Centre offers a primary arrival and meeting destination for those venturing to the Pacific Rim region on the West Coast of Vancouver Island. Immediately following your drive over the Pacific Rim Highway (Hwy 4) from Port Alberni, you will reach our headquarters at the Junction between Ucluelet and Tofino. Our wheelchair accessible facilities offer a staffed Visitor Information Centre, a Parks Canada center, large maps of the region, public WiFi, secure garbage and recycling boxes, public restrooms, and plentiful parking for both RV's and regular vehicles. We will be closed early on December 31st at 3pm and closed all day January 1st and 2nd.
