We might be biased, but its the best beach in Tofino. Maybe the world? We hate to boast but the awe-inspiring sunsets, marshmallow roasting campfires mixed with a family friendly (and adorable dog-friendly) stretch of sand is hard to beat. If thats not enough, well top it off with a hospitality staff that goes far beyond making your stay unforgettable and will end with a feeling that youve made some new best friends. We have a new lobby complete with a General Store with drinks, food, rental fire pits and electric bikes, art, staple grocery and camping goods. The facilities include new camping bathrooms, showers and coin laundry facilities. Our group of onsite amenities is ever growing, so check our website for what's new! Mabel Lake Golf Course is a 9 hole golf course, designed and built by Les Furber. Our chalet style clubhouse features a fully licensed restaurant & patio, pro shop, plus banquet and meeting facilities. We also offer a variety of accommodation from luxury homes to beachfront cabins and lake view condos. Amenities include free wifi, satellite tv, swimming pool, hot tub, BBQ, etc. And if you're a pilot, we have a 2900' grass landing strip for your convenience. Everything is only a 5 minute walk away at Mabel Lake: the golf course, vacation rentals, airstrip, marina, campground, beaches, general store and liquor store. Other amenities include daily and weekly golf cart rentals, and boat and kayak rentals.

Howling Moon is a family owned and operated boutique craft cidery. We planted a dream and are growing a passion of making small batch unique ciders. Located just north of Oliver BC our family and pet friendly tasting room is open from May-October.

Gabriola has beautiful natural spots to explore: Malaspina Galleries, Sandwell Provincial Park, Drumbeg Provincial Park and Gabriola Sands Provincial Park. We have a variety of restaurants, shops, accommodations, lots of recreation options. Gabriola is known as the Isle of the Arts.

Playland is part of the Pacific National Exhibition (PNE) fairgrounds in Vancouver and is BCs most famous amusement park. Playland features exhilarating rides and attractions for all ages, exciting midway games, mini-golf, a climbing wall, haunted mansion and a variety of delicious food. Playland offers over 35 rides and attractions, including four exciting roller coasters. One of the most loved and talked about attractions at Playland is the historic Wooden Roller Coaster. This spectacular coaster has been operating at the park since 1958 and is cited as a Coaster Classic by the American Coaster Enthusiasts organization, which is an honour shared by only 22 other wooden coasters in the world. For the more adventurous visitors, Playland offers 15 extreme rides and attractions including the extreme swing ride Atmosfear, which takes you up 218 feet while spinning 70km/hour and The Beast, cited as Canadas most extreme pendulum ride. For those looking to experience a bit of thrill with the entire family, Playland features 17 family and kids rides including three new family rides for 2016, a spinning coaster, Bug Whirled, a peddle operated ride, Flutterbye and a tower, Dizzy Drop.
