We also have five tent friendly campsites available with water, washrooms, and showers. One tent per site, four people per site maximum.

Operated by the Similkameen Country Development Association, a local non-profit, the Similkameen Visitor Centre provides tourism services for the South Similkameen. Stop by and enjoy our picnic area. We have free WIFI, handicap accessible washrooms, a baby change table, electric charging stations and much more. Please be advised that we've switched from our former location to a temporary location within the Similkameen Recreation Centre.

Sealegs Kayaking & Marine Adventure Centre offers wildlife kayaking tours, kayak and stand up paddle board (SUP) rentals and an Eco Adventure Centre pro-shop at Transfer Beach in Ladysmith. Paddle demonstrations, safety talks and a gear fittings are included with all rentals. Eagles, seals, river otters are commonly viewed in and around our quiet harbour and family friendly beachside park.

E. C. Manning Provincial Park is a focus of outdoor recreation that is unique in British Columbia. Located in the heart of the Cascade Mountains, it is within a three hour drive from either the Lower Mainland (Vancouver) or the Okanagan. The climate and geography have combined to make this park an all-season recreation area. There are 4 provincial front-country campgrounds within the park, and multiple backcountry campsites. Within E.C. Manning Provincial Park, there are incredible hiking trails, and multi-purpose trails for biking, horseback riding, snowshoeing, cross-country ski and back-country trails in the winter. The park contains a large number of scenic, historic, floral and fauna attractions with opportunities for fishing, paddling and bird watching. E.C. Brigadoon is a unique 9 hole course with 2 par 4 holes and 7 par 3's, playing to 1500 yards. Golfers of all ages and playing abilities will enjoy the course, but those expecting an easy par 3 will be surprised.
