Each of the 2 guest rooms include designer amenities, free wifi, quality cotton sheets, pillow-top mattresses, free made-to-order breakfast and free self-parking. The Seaview Room with queen bed on the 2nd floor offers a separate private bath. "The Nest" is a romantic guest room on the 3rd floor with an ensuite. Laburnum Cottage is a self-contained, self-catering separate cottage of 350 square feet with a kitchen, social area, queen bedroom and bathroom with shower. All rooms are accessed by staircases. No lift (elevator) is available at this property. Laburnum cottage is accessed separately from the other 2 rooms.

Boccalino is situated in Kootenay Bay, just 200 meters above the ferry landing. The motel consists of 4 sunny European-style rooms with one or two beds (double and/or queen), mini fridge, coffee maker, 32" flatscreen smart tv with Apple TV box, free wifi and a private bathroom with tub/shower and hairdryer. The surround deck is shared by all guests. Golf & Stay packages include one night accommodation, based on double occupancy, 18 holes of golf with power cart at Balfour golf course and a food voucher. Bell Mountain Motel is situated in a quiet rural setting yet it is only one block off the highway. All rooms are ground level and non smoking. We have pet rooms and there is two acres for them to stretch their legs. Double and single rooms are available and most rooms have full kitchenettes. WiFi and brand new TV's with 150+ satellite channels are in each room. Kitchens have microwaves, coffee makers, fridge, cook tops and dishes and cutlery. There is lots of free parking and a large turn around at the end for trucks hauling trailers. Seasonal hot tub, horse shoe pit, BBQ and fire pit (subject to firebans) available for our guests to enjoy. We have a few rooms which are wheel chair accessible.
