Discover nature, not the resort - Nature PhotoHikes takes you off the beaten path through hiking and photography lessons. We guarantee a fun and safe experience while connecting you with other nature and photography enthusiasts. As our guest, you believe in buying experiences (not things) and taking pictures (not souvenirs)! Our hikes are based on physical ability, from half day easy walks to multiple day camping trips in Vancouver, BC and the Rockies, AB. Everyone of varying skills is welcome to attend, whether you carry a DSLR or iPhone. Our small groups allow for one-on-one, customized, instructions as well as keen attention to your hiking experience. Our photographer and guide is an avid traveler, photographer and hiker. Spending over a decade each in British Columbia and Alberta, he has organized hikes for 15+ years for locals and visitors. He has also traveled to 56 countries in 6 continents. He loves to share his passion for travel, the outdoors and photography with everyone!

The Hedley Museum is closed for the 2022 season now. Opening again in May of 2023. Opening hours generally include Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Mondays 10:00-4:00pm. In 2023 we hope to be open 7 days a week for July and August. A charming heritage museum in the heart of the Similkameen Valley, that shares the towns gold mining history. The building houses a gift shop, tea room and an amazing collection of photos, stories and artifacts. The back garden is shaded and provides a welcome place to sit and enjoy the day. The building is wheel accessible and air conditioned. Admission is by donation and our tour guides will gladly show you around the museum. Also lots of brochures, maps and info for tourists & visitors at the info booth inside the museum.

Mackie Lake House is an historic 1910 home situated on the shores of Kalamalka Lake in Coldstream BC. It is operated by a non-profit society and offers tours, special events, and facility rentals. Join us for a guided tour or site visit (open seasonally from June - September). Mackie Lake House is a picnic-encouraged site. Out of respect to our local wildlife, no pets are permitted.

Fraserview Golf Course offers an old course feeling in a West Coast setting. Overlooking the Fraser River, this well-maintained, traditional-style course offers topographical changes along majestic, tree-lined fairways. Our Clubhouse at Fraserview is open to the public, seven days per week. You don't need to be a golfer to relax and unwind in its historic and elegant parkland environment. Our licensed patio overlooks the scenic, tree-lined golf course and is the perfect spot to unwind after golf, meet for a casual lunch, or bring the family.

Independently owned and operated ski rentals in Whistler for over 30 years, you are viewing our ski and board rentals at Le Chamois Hotel in Blackcomb Base (Upper Village). We also have a location in Whistler Village Square. Overnight equipment storage with every rental.

Grounded in photography, The Polygon Gallery creates space to challenge how we see the world. The Gallery moved into its Governor Generals Medal-winning building in 2017 after operating as Presentation House Gallery for 40 years. The organization has presented more than 300 exhibitions and earned a reputation as one of the countrys most adventurous public art institutions. Eagle Acres Dairy & Pumpkin Patch is a family farm located near historic Fort Langley BC that is open year round for visitors to Milk a Cow by hand, feed the cows and calves and learn about the Canadian Dairy Industry in an interactive guided 75-90 minute tour. The farm also offers visitors the chance to visit many other farm animals. Visit in October for our LegenDairy Pumpkin Patch experience. Drop in and choose a pumpkin from a field beside the cows on pasture or take a hayride to the field next to the forest to search for your jack'o'lantern there. Davison Orchards specializes in fresh cold-pressed Apple Juice, fresh baked pie, and Real Fruit Ice Cream along with a huge assortment of homemade jams and preserves. Davison Orchards is more than a Farm! You can sit on the patio looking over Vernon and towards the mountains while enjoying delicious treats made right at the Farmhouse Bakery. Sasquatch Mountain Resort is a small ski resort located in the Douglas Ranges near Harrison Lake, British Columbia, Canada, between the towns of Mission and Agassiz. Average annual snowfall at Hemlock Valley is 30-35 ft more than most other areas in Canada. The vertical drop is 396 m (1,300 ft) from a summit elevation of 1,371 m (4,500 ft) to a base elevation of 975m (3,300 ft). The area comprises 121 hectares (300 acres) and has 36 runs, the longest of which is 1.4 miles (2.3 km). The area has four lifts - one quad chair, one triple chair, one double chair and a beginner carpet. The resort features night skiing and tubing as well as 13 kilometres of trails for snowshoeing or cross-country skiing.

We have four-1100 sq foot suites with central air, full kitchen, gas bbq, mountain views. Each suite contains 1 king bedroom & 2 queen bedrooms. All this situated on an organic farm.
