UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT AUGUST 1, 2023. Nimpo Lake Resort is situated in the beautiful West Chilcotin region of BC. Our full-service log cabins are a perfect blend of modern convenience & country charm. The cabins are set on or near the lake, with gorgeous views of the lake & the coast mountains. Enjoy campfires at your private fire pit or in our large, screened in gazebo. One pet per cabin is welcome in 4 of the cabins. Two RV sites & One Tent site available, all firewood is provided. Rent a boat or bring your own and enjoy fishing for wild rainbow trout. Non motorized watercraft are free to all cabin guests. The area also offers horseback riding, hiking, nature viewing & flight seeing. Please call or email us for information and reservations. Canadian course designer, Russ Olsen, has done an awesome job of taking advantage of the spectacular water and mountain vistas. While there are a number of outstanding holes, be sure to check out the signature hole (the 486-yard, par 5 fifteenth) where the footprint of the legendary Sasquatch guards the green. This building is truly special. It is one of only a few commercial buildings in BC from this era with intact interior elements. It contains all of the counters, shelving, gas lights, string holders, paper dispensers, as well as a cash register, weigh scale, coffee grinder, cheese wheel and many other items that were used in the operation of the store. The museum aslo contains information on Ainsworth's rich history in the region. Stepping into this store is truly like stepping back in time. The museum also hosts an artisan gift shop filled with beautiful handmade goods as well as an amazing selection of crystals, gemstones, singing bowls, leather goods, and eco friendly Canadian made clothing.

Tofino Surf School is a local owner operated business. We offer small group sizes and personalized surf lessons. Surfing and teaching people how to surf is our passion. Tofino Surf School has taught thousands of people to surf young and old, including people with disabilities. We would love to get you started too!When you take a lesson with Tofino Surf School you have many options to choose from. You and your friends can opt to book a group lesson, you and your friends can join one of our scheduled lessons. You can can book a private 1-on-1 lesson or if you have some surf experience and your own equipment you can sign up for a surf guide where we show you the best surf spots and paddle out with you. The winery sits on the rolling hills of our vineyard. The peak of the winery overlooks gorgeous views of peaceful Vaseux Lake. The land sits on 10 acres with five acres of planted grapes. Join us for a tasting, then sit and relax in our grassy amphitheatre. Take in the scenery, picnic, stay awhile and you never know which bird you may spot: could be a hawk, a couple of ospreys or other species.

Farmstrong Cider Company is a family based business in the Okanagan Valley making small batch craft cider on a heritage farm established in 1896. We do not take reservations, first come, first served. We have a full lunch and dinner menu with vegan & gluten free options. We have a large parking lot and are RV friendly. We are family friendly. We do request that parents have their children seated with them and all times. As Farmstrong is a working farm children should not be unattended inside or outside for any reason. For their safety they need to be with their parents at all times. Our historic barn does not have AC or heating so please dress for the weather of the day of your visit.
