Nestled in a charming Queen Charlotte hillside neighbourhood between the Skidegate Inlet and once vast cedar forests, the Skidegate Inlet Retreat is Haida owned and operated and boasts panoramic views, luxurious beds, modern finishes, covered outdoor areas and authentic indigenous art throughout.

A small horseshoe shaped bay. Off-grid and off the beaten path. It is a different life here and we would like to share it with you. We have three rental cottages on Airbnb. Boaters mooring at the government dock are welcome to stroll the grounds, garden, trails, and meet the world renowned wharfinger. There are showers, laundry, ceramic art and a spectacular veggie garden. Mark has been wharfinger for 25 years now and is really beginning to get the hang of it. Come see.

We offer 10 log lakeside cabins. And over 20 campsites all located on Fishpot Lake. The main lodge has a licensed resterant, small convienence store and sells basic fishing and hunting supplies and tags. We have a swim dock with diving board and can boast nice swimming through the summer months. We rent boats with electric motors and a canoe as well for touring around the lake. We also have a boat launch, but we do have a motor boat restriction size of 10 horsepower or less gas motors. We have a covered barbeque area and a playground for children as well. Although this is a small cottage it has a fully equipped kitchenette, a bathroom,one double bed and a fold out couch,unique eating area and a comfortable sitting area.There is also a semi private patio for your use.There is a small Gift Shop on premises.Sorry no kids and No pets.We are a 3.5 block walk away from the ferry dock,and a five minute walk from the ocean.

The third option is a one bedroom self-catering suite with private entrance. The suite also has a queen sized sofa bed enabling four guests in total. A fold-up cot is available upon request.
