Watch the many passing trains of one of North America's largest railways from the comfort of our large public green space. Explore compelling history, marvel at our beautiful model railway, or try running an engine in our simulator. Our museum store offers a huge variety of railway-themed items, clothing and books.

The Station House Gallery & Gift Shop, situated in an historic #3 Rail Station, presents monthly exhibitions yearly that feature local, regional and touring artists. The Gift Shop showcases the works of regional artisans in a multitude of mediums. This gallery's charm is only exceeded by the quality of the artwork. Admission is Free.

A Truly Victorian Heritage InnAmethyst Inn is a fully-restored historic mansion dating from 1885. A few of our many features are 13 foot ceilings, period furniture and antiques. There are cosy fireplaces in most rooms. In the parlour we serve a full breakfast on antique crystal and china. To help you unwind there are jacuzzis in some of our rooms, and dont worry about your car: we have lots of secure, free parking on our property.
