Our Paddling and Hiking Tours range from short half-day tours to week-long adventures. Whether you are an experienced sea kayaker or hiker looking for a new and exciting adventure or someone who is not really sure what sea kayaking is all about, we promise that we will find the right experience for you.

Ridge Wilderness Adventures and Rentals is an outdoor adventure canoeing company operating in the Lower Mainland. We work with many school groups, girl guides, scouts and private groups all over BC, offering many day trips, overnights and multi-day canoe and camping adventures. We also provide canoe lessons throughout the summer season, and Red Cross Certified First Aid September to June each year. We specialize in Wilderness First Aid and our hands on instructors provide high level wilderness first aid instruction to SAR,DFO, and BC Parks ; as well as public first aid programs offered locally in Langley, Chilliwack, Vancouver, and Vancouver Island. We've traveled all over BC, Alberta, and the rest of Canada, as well as England and China; providing world class training in both canoeing and first aid. Our Rentals Operation is located at Kearsley Creek Campground, and offers Canoe, Kayak and SUP rentals all summer long on the beautiful Stave Lake!

We deal directly with all of our First Nation artists and provide you with all legends and artist biographies. Cape Scott Provincial Park is a truly magnificent area of rugged coastal wilderness that is located at the northwestern tip of Vancouver Island, 563 kilometres from Victoria. Cape Scott is characterized by more than 115 kilometres of scenic ocean frontage, including about 30 kilometres of spectacular remote beaches. The rugged North Coast Trail is a challenging and popular 43.1 km hiking track that connects many pristine beaches by stretches of tough overland passage. The park stretches from Shushartie Bay in the east, then westward around Cape Scott and south to San Josef Bay. Rocky promontories, salt marshes and jagged headlands punctuate the fine-textured, white-sand beaches. The most impressive of these beaches, Nels Bight, stretches more than 2,400 metres long and 210 metres wide at low tide, and is one of the parks most popular camping destinations. Other significant beaches include San Josef Bay, Guise Bay, Experiment Bight, Lowrie Bay and Nissen Bight.

Want to soar like an eagle? Or knock an item off of your bucket list? Then come and visit us! We offer tandem flights for: Paragliding, Hang Gliding & Motorized Hang Gliding Trike. Tandem flights range in time from 8 minutes to over an hour, depending on the conditions. If you want to become a pilot yourself, we have qualified instructors to teach you how to paraglide or hang glide. The flight park has 2 launch sites and a 2000' grass runway and 2 smaller taxiways as well as a Pilot's Lounge, an outdoor covered deck where you can relax after your flight and watch others "commit acts of aviation"! We are open from late April to mid-October, weather permitting.
