Spindrift is located on Welbury Point: a secluded six acre peninsula just four miles from the village of Ganges on Salt Spring Island in British Columbia, Canada. Our six cottages are situated at sea's edge near the entrance to the Point. The remainder of this scenic peninsula is left in its natural state of arbutus and fir groves with paths winding easily to private, white sand beaches. Our cottages are some of the few remaining historic Union Steamship Company cottages, built in the 1920s, that have been carefully preserved to maintain their original character. The kitchens are fully equipped: with a coffee maker, microwave oven, cooking utensils, cutlery, china, glassware, dish soap and more. We provide linens, towels, firewood and a barbeque. All accommodations have a view of Snug Cove and are child and pet friendly.
