Wya Point Resort is situated amongst old-growth forest and private, pristine beaches of the Yuu-thlu-ilth-aht (Ucluelet) First Nation peoples. Located on the rugged and remote west coast of Vancouver Island, we offer luxurious lodge accommodations, waterfront yurts and beachfront camping. We have nine timber lodges that were built to LEED Platinum standards using locally harvested red cedar. Each lodge is uniquely designed by a local carver and artist, and named for an animal of the Yuu-thlu-ilth-aht culture. The lodges come equipped with a full kitchenette, fireplace, bathroom, bedroom (1 or 2), cedar deck and chairs, and floor to ceiling windows that overlook Ucluth beach. Our beachfront yurts are open year-round and have private access to Wya beach. All come with a gas stove for heat, cedar deck and chairs, linens and basic kitchen essentials. While our yurts and lodges have daily housekeeping, guests are advised to bring their own potable drinking water and food.

Battle Abbey Backcountry Lodge, operated by Weber Powder, offers all inclusive (guided & catered) refined mountain experiences in the remote British Columbia backcountry. Established in 1978 by Hans Gmoser (the founder of CMH), Battle Abbey is perched at 2200M in the sub alpine and sits on 10,000 acres of exclusive world-class terrain. Battle Abbey offers a wide array of adventures for intermediate to expert backcountry ski tourers and split-boarders. From steep tree skiing below the lodge to high alpine bowls, couloirs and long glaciated runs above, there is Supreme Skiing for all weather conditions.
