We can accommodate up to 4 guests in our furnished double-yurt, a total of 6 guests in our furnished canvas tents and up to 6 extra guests in our unfurnished canvas tents (great for kids). Got a bigger group to accommodate? We have plenty of room for extra guests to bring their own gear for dispersed camping. Our property provides you with all of the comforts and essentials you need for a restorative time away. Each unit is comfortably appointed with beautiful furnishings and queen beds with super plush Polysleep memory foam mattresses. Towels and linens are included. Our glamping units feature private outdoor fire pits and kitchenettes with cold running drinking water, cookware, dishware, and utensils. Unlike an amusement park ride River of Golden Dreams trips allow you to be an active participant, one of the reasons people keep coming back to paddle the river. In the spring the water levels can be high and moving though always flat and no rapids. By mid-summer water levels are gentle. By late summer the beaver start rebuilding their dams creating pools to paddle in. Guides are recommended, though experienced river paddlers go unguided. O'Keefe Ranch was founded in 1867 by Cornelius O'Keefe. His family lived on site for 110 years before it was opened as an historic ranch, meaning it still houses one of the most complete collections of one family's stuff (from the Victorian and Edwardian eras) in all of the province.
