Enjoy full or half day sailing trips around the Gulf Islands from Retreat Cove on Galiano. Explore Wallace Island & Saltspring's secluded beach at Walker's Hook from a new perspective on our 35' sloop. We recommend a 4 hour cruise from 11am to 3pm or 4pm to 8pm. We can also create a custom schedule for your pleasure. Our yacht is $100 per hour with a maximum group size of 8. You can choose the amazing salmon barbecue lunch/dinner for $25 per person.

Seal Bay RV Park is one of Vancouver Islands finest, privately owned, fully serviced, year-round campgrounds. In a park-like setting, all sites are either 30 or 50 amp and also have water, sewer and cable connections. For your convenience wifi is available along with Shaw Go. The washrooms are heated, clean and showers are coin operated. A coin operated laundry is also on site. Wilderness tenting sites are open during the Summer months. If you are looking to get away for some peace and quiet this is the place to be, no pool, no playground. There is a beautiful pond stocked with rainbow trout and fly-fishing is available some of the time. A trail directly into Seal Bay Nature Park gives you an opportunity to go biking or hiking and in 30 minutes you can be down at Seal Bay. An ideal place to base your stay in the Comox Valley, 10 kms from either Courtenay or Comox.

Lillooet's Historic Home is currently closed due to renovations. Learn about the prominent families who once lived in the heritage house. See Dr. Miyazaki's office just as he left it, museum artifacts, historic photos, antiques, and gift shop. Local art, cultural and community events are held at the house and grounds during the season. This forested campground offers a sunny creek-side setting for campers of all kinds, with more trees and privacy on the north end in the first-come, first-served section and sunnier pull-through sites on the south end in the reservable section. Forest Rose Campground has 30 campsites that can be booked in advance, as well as 26 campsites in the first-come, first-served section. It features a playground, and a washroom building with flush toilets, potable water, and coin-operated showers. Bear-proof garbage and recycling bins are offered in central locations throughout the campground. All campsites are equipped with a wheelchair-accessible picnic table and campfire ring. Firewood is available for an additional fee of $10 per day. Campsites are an average of 55 feet long and 13 feet wide and can accommodate most trailers and RVs. Forest Rose Campground is located off of the Bowron Lake Road, along the east side of Williams Creek and a stone's throw from the Barkerville Highway. It's 2 km north of the Barkerville Visitor Centre. Guests can travel back and forth from the Historic Zone to Forest Rose via the highway, or cross the highway on foot to access a well-groomed walking path. Forest Rose Campground is part of the 1,100-hectare property that forms Barkerville Historic Town & Park and is managed by Barkerville Heritage Trust.

Our tours are based in the Exchamsiks River Provincial Park, located on Hwy 16 about 35 minutes west of Terrace or 55 minutes east of Prince Rupert. We can pick you up in either community or you can meet us at the park site which is the launch point for your river adventure!! All tours are day trips which include a shore lunch of wild BC sockeye salmon cooked over the open fire, salads, drinks and dessert. Your tour and river adventure can last from 2 to 8 hours.

Giant Head Estate Winery is one of the award winning Summerland wineries located at the start of the scenic Bottleneck Drive winery tour route. The Winery overlooks Lake Okanagan from the sandy benches below Giants Head Mountain. We are open from the May long weekend until October, 7 days a week from 11 am to 5 pm. This seasonal government-run campground on the ocean offers affordable RV and tent camping in nature with fabulous panoramic seascape views. It features a long sandy beach, bird watching, nature events, a variety of walking trails, including a user-friendly loop trail. It is close to the ferry, airport, downtown Victoria and the Lochside Regional Trail. The campground has 18 beach front RV sites, 5 treed tent trailer sites and 24 treed tent sites, and all campsites are self-contained. Sites are reservable online only, up to 30 days in advance; no first-come first-serve. All sites $25/night; $10 for each additional vehicle. Payable online by Visa or Mastercard. This par 72 course is a beauty measuring up to 6,269 yards and each hole has tees to accommodate golfers of all skill levels. The Radium Course is an affordable, popular, and playable family friendly experience for all.

I'm the only guide who can take people into the heritage buildings, the only one that has a Master's degree in Chinese Canadian History, and I donate money to the Chinese associations for upkeep and renovations.
