The Trail Visitor Centre operates from the Trail Riverfront Centre in the heart of downtown Trail, sharing space with the Trail Museum & Archives and the Trail & District Public Library. Plentiful paid, on-street parking is available, with one free RV parking stall. We are also situated one block from the main public transit hub in downtown Trail. Feel free to contact staff in advance for any questions you may have. This facility is closed for all statutory holidays. The True Blue Lodge has 4 fully renovated cabins each featuring full modern kitchens with ranges, microwave, keurig coffee makers, kettles, toaster and pots and pans. Comfort features include queen sized beds, fold down double sized couches for extra guests, hardwood floors, DVD players, smart app TV (Netflix) and guest laundry room. You are able to rent DVDs from the property if desired. When in season, please enjoy the use of the large communal courtyard with BBQ area and outdoor fire pit. Lawn games can be found in the laundry room. True Blue Lodge is Pet and motorcycle friendly! There is Registered Massage Therapy service at additional cost available on the property as well. The Massage service is usually available Tuesday-Fridays.

We have a giant tide pool, which acts as a hands on aquarium for the kids to see the many species of marine life that gets caught up every tide changes. The Deep Bay Marine Field research station is near by that has live tanks, and tours that explains about the many species they will find. Qualicum Breeze Beach Resort is a short 5 minute walk from town where you will find grocery's, liquor store, bank. pharmacy. Also you can browse through the Salish Sea Art studio and the intriging gift shop. There is also a Pub, Legion and number of local restarants to visit. .Centrally located for day trips to many points of interest on Vancouver Island. Hike on trails through pristine local Provincial Parks like Cathederal Grove, Little Qualicum Falls, or Rathtrevor Provincial Park or explore the Horne Lake Caves. Numerous shops in Qualicum Beach or Coombs on the way to Parksville.
