Horsefly Landing Resort is located on scenic Horsefly Lake, 65 kilometers east of Williams Lake, BC. We have four log cabins available for rent, just steps away from the crystal clear waters of Horsefly. Available for rent from May to October, each cabin is fully equipped with a coffee maker, dishes, cutlery, pots & pans, utensils, towels, and linens. Reservations required - 3 night stay minimum

Your day will start with a scenic jet boat trip down Quesnel Lake to the Cariboo Mountains Park and into the wetlands of the Mitchell and Penfold Rivers. This eco system is as it has been for all time. Your senses will be rewarded with sights of Salmon swimming in the crystal clear river, beavers swimming with tree branches in their mouth. Rounding a bend in the river you can spot grizzly bears feeding on the returning salmon. Large Giant Ancient Cedar Forests surround you so you have the chance to hike in un-spoiled wilderness. This adventure can be extended for up to a week by staying at our out post cabin at the end of the North arm of Quesnel Lake. The river will be full of red sockeye salmon. You will need to bring a telephoto lens for those shots of a life time. You will see Grizzly cubs with thier mothers as well as big male grizzlies.

The True Blue Lodge has 4 fully renovated cabins each featuring full modern kitchens with ranges, microwave, keurig coffee makers, kettles, toaster and pots and pans. Comfort features include queen sized beds, fold down double sized couches for extra guests, hardwood floors, DVD players, smart app TV (Netflix) and guest laundry room. You are able to rent DVDs from the property if desired. When in season, please enjoy the use of the large communal courtyard with BBQ area and outdoor fire pit. Lawn games can be found in the laundry room. True Blue Lodge is Pet and motorcycle friendly! There is Registered Massage Therapy service at additional cost available on the property as well. The Massage service is usually available Tuesday-Fridays.

Tofino Botanical Gardens are 12 acres of gardens, forest, and shoreline that explore the relationship between culture and nature. A network of paths and boardwalk will take you through our Cultivated Gardens, Sculpture Park, and Old-Growth Temperate Rainforest, where clearings have been transformed into a series of pocket gardens. Some of these gardens display plants that thrive in temperate rainforests around the world including Chile and Japan. Others celebrate cultural groups that have made Clayoquot Sound their home now and in the past, particularly the Nuu-chah-nulth First Nations, early Japanese fishing families, and, of course, hippies. The Gardens extend to the Tofino Mudflats, an incredible expanse of intertidal mud teeming with life, revealed twice a day at low tide. Events including Tofino Winterlights, Tofino Lantern Festival, Surfrider Foundation film festival, Food and Wine,Musicians, Weddings and more are hosted within the eclectic scenery.

Radley Park Campground is owned and operated by the District of Kitimat from the beginning of May to October each year. Located on the banks of the Kitimat River it makes for an ideal getaway or fishing base. Radley boasts 18 electrical sites and flush toilets and showers. Along with large picnic area ideal for family get togethers.

In the main house, all suites provide full ensuite bathrooms with radiant in floor heating, luxurious robes, hairdryers and amenities. two suites offer air conditioning. Each room has a smart flatscreen TV, it's own fridge and coffeemaker the Woodpecker suite has an additional kitchenette and extra sitting dining area. Luxuriate in your queen size bed with wonderful air dried, high end sheets and bedding. Free WIFI in the whole area and Free off-street parking for all our guests. Our generous, full and gourmet Breakfast is served in our dining room between 7am and 9 am for our B&B guests. We serve fresh ground, fair trade organic coffee, fresh fruits and juices, most local products and always a warm protein dish and home made bakings and preservatives. We also offer a specious self contained and separate 2 bedroom cottage for guests. The main attraction for the cottage is the beautiful Kingsize bed, and Wood-stove, the lovely sun room and full stocked kitchen. It has a huge sun-deck and nice private garden. Saturday's Errington farmers market is a must and Coombs market, and Parksville's stunning beaches are less than 15 minutes away.
