MK Bay Marina is a full service community based marina, located on the east side of the Douglas Channel. The marina is focused on servicing mariners who enjoy the ocean in this beautiful area. Amenities include Wi-Fi, laundry and shower facilities, long and short term moorage, waterfront camping, guesthouse and boat launch. The store offers a wide variety of tackle and boating supplies.

Located in beautiful Brentwood Bay and only minutes from Butchart Gardens & Butterfly Gardens, Everything Old is unlike any other antique shop. With a historical focus, the 10,000+ antique items are displayed like a museum, except one that you can take something home from! We also arrange on the spot shipping if an item is too big to travel with. All of the historical items can be touched!

Cedar Coast is located on Vargas Island just a short boat ride from Tofino. The facilities include a lodge for meals, activities, programs and socializing. Guests have the choice in stay in one of our 8 larger tents which are protected from the elements by metal roofs and cedar mud rooms and each has its own private en-suite bathroom with power, drinking water, hot water and a flush toilet. We also offer 3 smaller tents which are simple canvas wall-tents on cedar platforms with a bed, a desk, a chair and a wood stove.

Selkirk Mountain Experience has been listed as a "Best Adventure Travel Company on Earth" by National Geographic Adventure, three times. We are a family owned and operated adventure travel company, based at the Durrand Glacier Chalet, outside Revelstoke BC. This is a remote lodge, accessed by helicopter only. During summer months we offer alpine hiking with over 90 km of trails in a pristine and exclusive setting. Our 18 guests and resident marmots and mountain goats are the only beings using this trail network! In the winter we offer backcountry skiing, in the mecca of alpine powder skiing. Our 96 square km of private tenure offer some of the best skiing on earth, both in the alpine and in the trees. Glades, burns, 30+ summits, 10+ glaciers and the deepest snowpack in the Selkirk Mountains. In addition to the Durrand Glacier Chalet, we have two smaller chalets which we use to do overnight ski trips into the further reaches of our area. All three huts are clean, cozy and beautiful wooden chalets. The Durrand Glacier Chalet is our home base, with 11 private bedrooms and a spacious washroom facility steps from the bedrooms. This facility includes hot running showers, sinks and full indoor plumbing attached to a septic system. We also have a new sauna built in summer 2020 (primarily for winter use). The Durrand has fabulous alpine cuisine, with a private chef and a full staff of friendly, hard-working SME family. Takaya Tours offers interpretive canoe and kayak tours in Burrard Inlet that highlight the First Nation culture of the area. Operating from bases in Cates Park (Whey-Ah-Wichen) in North Vancouver and (Tum-tay-wheutan) in Belcarra Regional Park, Port Moody. Takaya Tours offers a range of safe and exciting activities that mix outdoor adventure with an authentic interpretation of Coast Salish culture. Tours operate from May-Oct.

The Dominion Astrophysical Observatory is a designated National Historical Site. Its original instrument, the Plaskett Telescope was the largest operational telescope in the world when it started observations in 1918. It is still used nightly for scientific research. Tour the telescope and learn the history of this amazing machine that mapped the Milky Way Galaxy. The Centre of the Universe offers the unique experience of visiting the historic Plaskett telescope. We also have our exhibit gallery, complete with planetarium showing the stars and full dome movies, virtual reality experiences, kiosks, and more. Currently our winter hours are in place. During the cruise season we open for exclusive onshore excursions.
