The boat is a 2006 29ft Tiara that is the 'ultimate fishing platform'. It is the nicest and best equipped charter boat on the coast and has a great reputation for catching fish. The vessel is big enough to offer all the amenities and comfort needed to enjoy a great day.

John Henry's Resort & Marina offers 4 cozy oceanfront cottages and a marina, amidst spectacular Sunshine Coast scenery and beautiful gardens. The Neptune's Jewel is the newest addition to the citys Charter Fleet and is certified by Transport Canada. The Jewel is moored at Downtown Coal Harbour's 'Bayshore West Marina' just West of the Westin Hotel and next door to the entrance to Stanley Park. Ample parking and public transportation.

This non-profit society manages over 20 km of nordic trails groomed for classic and skate winter skiing in two areas managed by the club. One area is in town at the Fernie Golf Course featuring 12 km of trails on fairly mellow terrain with wide open spaces. There are also more than 10 km of trails at the Elk Valley Nordic Centre next to Mount Fernie Provincial Park. To reach the Elk Valley Nordic Centre, go west from Fernie on Highway 3. At 3 km from the bridge, turn right at the Island Lake Lodge sign. Follow the road for 0.9 km to the Mt. Fernie Provincial Park sign. Turn left into the overflow parking lot at 0.2 km. The hilly terrain and isolated nature of the trails makes this a very exciting place to ski. The trails link up with the multi-use trails at Fernie Alpine Resort. Trail maps are posted at the kiosks located at the entrances to the trails. Please NO DOGS ON THE TRAILS at any time. The Elk Valley Nordic Centre Warming Hut is located at (49.485633 N, 115.090980 W).
