Some rooms have standard firm pillow top beds; others have name brand thin memory foam/gel tops. We have rooms with Queen bed and kitchenette units, Queen and Double bed with kitchenettes, as well as a large fully furnished family unit (sleeps up to 6) with complete kitchen facilities & separate bedroom, all with a breathtaking view of beautiful Kootenay Lake and its surrounding mountains. WHY We strongly believe that one should be able to drink high quality, single vineyard (non-commodity), small production wines that are priced reasonably from British Columbia. We plan to be around 20 years from now, not by becoming a large company but by creating a sustainable business within our community. For us part of that means making wines that always over deliver. HOW We spend all of our money on our wines, not our marketing. We eschew heavy bottles, advertising and fancy labels. In the winery we use old French Oak (not expensive) and have very little in the way of technology (still use basket presses). We are also not part of any marketing groups nor do we submit wines to award or trade shows - all of which cost money. Every penny we save goes toward the quality of our wines and to keeping their prices stable. We hope you enjoy.

Two separate suites, both with private 3-piece ensuite and kitchenette, top of the line queen beds, heated tile floors, beautiful Pender Harbour view, huge deck with hot-tub and BBQ, and including a delicious 3-course breakfast. We also have recently added a small but cozy "backpacker/cyclist" cabin at a reduced cost. It has a heated floor, private bathroom and shower, and feels very much like a "Tree House".

Leghorn Ranch is a Premier Full Service Horseback Trail Riding outfit just 30 minutes from Vancouver. We offer guided horseback riding tours from March through to October.
