Family Farm B&B is a hobby farm situated on a lovely 5 acres in the quiet town of Powell River, BC. The SS Sicamous is the largest surviving paddle wheeler in Canada. It is open as a heritage site, museum and wedding venue. Launched in 1914, the ship provided a vital means of transport to remote communities on the shores of Okanagan Lake. The SS Sicamous is operated by the SS Sicamous Society: a non-profit organization that works to protect the marine heritage of the Okanagan.Funds from your admission go directly to the restoration of the SS Sicamous, and the other heritage ships in our care.

Country Maples RV Resort is located on Vancouver Island near the town of Chemainus, which is 14 km north of the City of Duncan. The Resort is nestled along the Chemainus River and is buffered by an old-growth forest. There is a variety of camping areas and amenities with 175 full and partial hookup RV sites (including 8 pull-throughs) with 15, 30 and 50-amp electrical service as well as dry camping and tenting sites. There are treed and open sites. There is an onsite (seasonal) general store, playgrounds, an arcade and laundry facilities; a heated swimming pool, 18-hole mini golf course. The Trans-Canada Trail runs by just a couple of hundred yards away, through the Red Barn Lodge property. Snowshoes are available to guests.The lodge is well situated in 13 acres of private grounds.
