Sleigh Rides Through Winter Wonderland I grew up on a farm learning the value of the horse. In my early years I had a team of ponies that took kids out toboggans, which eventually led my teams and I to do Christmas Rides in town. When not doing sleigh rides, I am working my teams on the farm doing everything from chores, to working the fields. All of my years with the horses, has led me to be able to offer sleigh rides at Big White during the winter months.

The Treehouse is a bright and airy studio-style cottage with hardwood floors and high ceilings; a perfect nest amongst the trees. The cottage has a queen-sized bed, and all linens are provided. The Treehouse is perfect for a romantic getaway or a solo retreat and sleeps two.

Situated in Jim Hadgkiss Park, overlooking the Fraser River, the museum collects, preserves, and shares the culture and stories of historic Maple Ridge. Operated by the Maple Ridge Historical Society, the Maple Ridge Museum and Haney House Museum are free community museums located in historically significant buildings in the old district of Haney. The Adventure Domes consist of four unique dome cottages located in the heart of the West Kootenay, a short walk from the shores of pristine Slocan Lake. Each unit is self-contained, has relaxing curved interior spaces, a boutique decor and its own patio area with landscaped gardens. Set in the village of New Denver, the Domes are within walking distance of all village amenities: the network of hiking and cycling trails, kayak and board rentals, cafes, boutiques, galleries, museums and food stores. The property has beautiful views of the Valhalla and Selkirk Mountain Ranges; is central to three provincial parks and is located on two scenic loop drives.
