We are a little farm based in Lantzville (seven minutes north of Nanaimo) on beautiful Vancouver Island, British Columbia. We are Nanaimo area's family destination for fun! Stop by and visit the adorable miniature animals in our petting farm, and peruse the delightful home decor shop on site where you can pick up a t-shirt or a locally made soap! Pick up a farm-grown bee-friendly hanging basket, or bring a picnic lunch to enjoy outside. We offer birthday parties, workshops, and often host concerts. Tidy modern washrooms on site. Hudson's Hope is situated on the banks of the Peace River in North Eastern British Columbia. After the exploratory adventures of Alexander Mackenzie and Simon Fraser in the later 1700s, the Northwest Trading Company established a fur trading post here in 1805. Hudsons Hope is home to one of the worlds largest earthen dams, the W.A.C. Bennett Dam and G.M.Shrum Generating Station. This dam stretches 2 kms across the Peace River creating B.C.s largest reservoir, Williston Lake, covering 410,000 acres.

We kindly ask that you clean up after your dog and keep them on a leash at all times. Some of the amenities at the Gold Panner Campground are: a covered BBQ area, playground, museum, coin operated showers, flushing toilets, and multiple outhouses. Whether your camping in a tent, 5th wheel, truck camper, RV, camper van, car, truck, motor home, van, or travelling lite and need a chalet or cabin, we will have something for you. There are 3 beautiful Chalets that sleep 8-9 and 4 smaller cabins that sleep up to 6. Moosehead Lodge sits on the quiet shores of Moose Lake in British Columbias interior Chilcotin region, and is accessible only by float plane.
