Burnaby Village Museum
Where History Comes to Life - Stroll down the streets of our 1920s community. Period costumed townsfolk welcome visitors and give demonstrations in the homes, businesses and shops. Visitors can feel the heat of the fire as the blacksmith works at the forge, hear the rhythm of the platen press at the Burnaby Post, smell freshly ground coffee in the General Store, be a 1920s student in a one-room schoolhouse, watch the tinsmith cut, crimp & curl flat sheets of tin into useful household items. Everyone is welcome to take a ride on the 1912 CW Parker Carousel, explore the restored 1912 Interurban Tram, and enjoy a treat in the Ice Cream Parlour. The Village is open seasonally (Spring Break in March, Summer Season- early May to Labour Day, and Heritage Christmas-late November to early January) and year-round for pre-booked groups and programs.

Mimi’s Cabin Christina Lake
An adult oriented cabin located on Christina Lakes quiet West Lake Drive. Situated on a rare 3/4s of an acre of lakefront, a 50s 1200 sq ft cabin with many upgrades. 3 bedrooms, WIFI, huge private dock, private sandy beach, canoe, shady deck. Coyote Cruises
One of Pentictons unique and favourite summer activities is floating down the River Channel. Visitors are invited to rent inner tubes and rafts and take a leisurely ride down the 7 kilometre long Channel to Skaha Lake. The River Channel is located between Okanagan Lake and Skaha Lake. The float starts at the Coyote Cruises launch site at 215 Riverside Drive. If you need floating tubes and a ride back to your vehicle Coyote Cruises will provide both. If you are looking to rent a tube or raft or simply require transportation once you are done floating the Channel, Coyote Cruises can help you out. Pick up is at the end point only in 2020.

Ross Bay Villa
Journey back in time at Ross Bay Villa Historic House Museum, a volunteer-led museum and restoration project located in Fairfield. On Thursdays and Fridays at 11AM and 1PM, or Saturdays at 2PM, walk down the path past heritage apple trees and beautiful gardens and step into one of only a few 1860s houses still standing in Victoria. From the bright and airy drawing room to the charming childrens bedroom, the house has been restored with extraordinary care to appear as it did when the Roscoe family called it home. All funds support the volunteer-based Ross Bay Villa Society, which owns and operates Ross Bay Villa. Drop in a little early for your Saturday tour for our Gift Shop In the Garden. Our courteous and knowledgeable staff provide professional visitor counselling, customized itinerary planning, accommodation and activity reservations, helpful travel information including transportation and community information on all areas of British Columbia. The Visitor Centre is accessible. Public washrooms are available during our business hours.
