Spending over a decade each in British Columbia and Alberta, he has organized hikes for 15+ years for locals and visitors. He has also traveled to 56 countries in 6 continents. Mackie Lake House is an historic 1910 home situated on the shores of Kalamalka Lake in Coldstream BC. It is operated by a non-profit society and offers tours, special events, and facility rentals. Join us for a guided tour or site visit (open seasonally from June - September). Mackie Lake House is a picnic-encouraged site. Out of respect to our local wildlife, no pets are permitted.

At Kootenay Adaptive, we offer personalized rental and experience packages which include, off road hand cycling and adaptive mountain biking to persons with disabilities. Based out of Nakusp, BC and our primary service area are the Okanagan and Kootenay Regions. We also provide experiences across the province and beyond.
