Parksville Museum
Est. in 1983, Parksville Museum has become home to original heritage buildings from Parksville and nearby surrounding areas. Our collection includes Parksville's second oldest church, the original Parksville Volunteer Fire Department building, and 2 cabins from Craig's By the Sea Auto Camp. Grounds are open year round and buildings are open starting May 4, 2023 Thursdays through Mondays (closed Tues/Wed) from 11AM - 6PM. Family friendly fun to be had with personalized tours and scavenger hunts for every age! Celebrate our 40 years of bringing history to life.
Big Tree Tours
Closed (for now). As a sole operator business, I've had to step back from running tours while focusing full-time on protecting endangered old-growth forests in BC. Once these irreplaceable forests are safe, I look forward to once again touring people through the towering trees. Thank you to everyone who joined a trip over the years. The Glass Foundry
A glassblowing studio and adjacent gallery where recycled glass is used to create giftware and unique art pieces. Demonstrations, classes, and more. Super energy efficient glass furnaces, developed at The Foundry are in use now in over 30 countries. Over 250,000 pounds of scrap glass has been re-melted since 1996.
Storey Creek Golf Course
Storey Creek Golf Club is truly a 'Course in Nature' found just south of Campbell River's city center on Vancouver Island. Golfers can expect an abundance of natural beauty and tranquility as they make their way around the challenging yet playable championship golf course set in nature's backyard. Storey Creek offers 4 tee blocks so the degree of challenge is up to each golfer. Audubon Certified for Environmental Planning and Preservation. 4.5 Star Rating from Golf Digest and voted as the 3rd Best Public Golf Course in British Columbia in the Vancouver Sun Newspaper in 2009. Elk Falls Provincial Park
A popular destination family campground on Vancouver Island! Explore the incredible camping, hiking, biking, and fishing opportunities this region has to offer. Be sure to check out the new suspension bridge! Park visitors to Elk Falls will enjoy the extensive forest trail network and the hiking and biking opportunities available. Impressive waterfalls serve as a beautiful backdrop while hiking through coastal forests. Minutes from the main campground, visitors can explore the impressive new suspension bridge. Access to the bridge can be found off the Canyon View Trail. Adventurous park users will be awe-struck at the views found from this newly-built attraction! Firewood is available for sale from the Park Operator. Reservations are recommended during peak season, however last-minute campers may be able to find a spot in July and August. Reservations for this park are accepted for arrival dates from mid-May Labour Day. Elk Falls is open year-round (Winter Camping $11/night).

We offer eco-tours of the Salish Sea area near Sidney, BC. Our 12 passenger vessels offer an intimate experience. We also offer water taxi service, camping/kayak/SUP delivery to marine parks in our area. We operate from Canoe Cove Marina - E dock in North Saanich.

Sept 4 to Dec 20 2025 Carr House is open Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 10-4 for self-guided tours. Wander around the garden, explore the house, and browse the gift shop!
