The Tumbler Ridge Global Geopark is an area recognized as having internationally significant geological heritage. Once the home of Rossland's dairy, Red Barn Lodge is well situated for its current role of providing a convenient base for your Summer and Winter outdoor adventures. With wilderness starting at the backdoor and spectacular views of Red Mountain and Mount Roberts from the front, the guesthouse is just 5 minutes by car from Red Mountain Ski Area and Blackjack Cross-Country Ski Area.Rossland's downtown, with its great restaurants and stores, is just ten minutes away on foot. Trails lead from the yard into the backcountry for ski tours, snowshoeing, mountainbiking and walking on the many paths through the surrounding British Columbia Interior Cedar- Hemlock forest. The Trans-Canada Trail runs by just a couple of hundred yards away, through the Red Barn Lodge property. Snowshoes are available to guests.The lodge is well situated in 13 acres of private grounds. Kids love all the space for sledding and building snow sculptures in winter and also the in-ground pool (available in July and August). Tourism BC Approved accommodation.

Sunstone Golf Club is nestled between 2 rivers at the base of Mount Ts'zil which is also known as, Mount Currie. Mount Ts'zil dominates the skyline of Sunstone Golf Club which sits upon a sprawling golf course located in Pemberton, BC. Sunstone Golf Club offers two distinctly different layouts. The first nine holes of the course is sprawled across the grassy, wide-open Meadows. The front nine features the course's signature hole, the par-4 eighth. This hole's trademark is the tricky island green, which requires a tremendously skillful second shot. The densely forested back nine is tighter and more difficult than the first half of the layout. Water hazards come into play throughout but they are mostly concentrated on the first nine. Whether you are looking for a relaxing lunch, dinner out, or a drink after your round, Sunstone Bar & Grill brings exquisite food and exceptional service in a friendly and warm atmosphere.

Xwum Canoe Rentals is located at Grant Narrows, and provides canoe rental services and boat launch access at Pitt Lake near Widgeon Slough and Widgeon Falls. We are open from May Long Weekend until September 30th annually. For out-of-season rentals, please email us at info@xwum.ca

ONSITE BICYCLE RENTALS on one of British Columbias wonders. Experience a part of the historical Kettle Valley Railway route built between 1912-1914. This well-established, interactive 24km trail is highlighted by 2 tunnels and 18 trestles. It offers spectacular views of Myra Canyon and Okanagan Lake. It is the best outdoor activity in Kelowna for the whole family. The track is located at an elevation of 1.260 meters, it is relatively flat and can be cycled within 4 hours. We rent new, branded comfort bicycles in sizes for adults and children, tandems and tag-alongs or child trailers to pull the little ones, tandems, and tricycle. Rental times May-October: 9am-1pm, 1:30pm-5:30pm. We also rent Gazelle pedal-assist E-Bikes (each E-Biker must be 19+) We offer ½ day guided Tour in the Myra Canyon or full day self-guided tours to Penticton, Bicycle and Wine Tours Pick-up/drop off transportation is included (Kelowna/West Kelowna) We are a sustainable tourism business Biosphere committed.

Both attractions open 10am to 7pm every day. Night GOLF until 10:00pm every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Minigolf! An 18-hole course, among mature trees and meandering waterways. $18/person. Groups of 4 or more, $15/person. Go-karts! Riders must be 10 years old and 54" tall to drive a single kart. Shorter racers can ride in a double kart. $18/kart.

Private guided nature tours Hi, my name's Brian and I've been working in the wilderness of British Columbia for over a decade. With a bachelor's degree in environmental science and multiple years as a professional wilderness guide, I have the academic and hands-on experience to answer all your questions while showing you the natural wonders just moments from the city of Vancouver!

The main venue for the Performing Arts in Trail is the beautiful Bailey Theatre. The Bailey hosts concerts, theatre, comedy and more from well-known acts like the Barenaked Ladies to smaller emerging talent such as Lisa Nicole. With a seating capacity of 721, the Theatre has an intimate atmosphere and all seats provide an excellent view of the stage. Smaller performances, events and meetings take place in the Muriel Griffiths Recital Room, next to the theatre, which holds 80-100 people.The Trail & District Arts Council programs many shows in these two venues, including four exciting series: Classical Series; Jazz at the Griff; Performing Arts Trail, and the Teck Family Series.
