We are a family owned and operated adventure travel company, based at the Durrand Glacier Chalet, outside Revelstoke BC. This is a remote lodge, accessed by helicopter only. During summer months we offer alpine hiking with over 90 km of trails in a pristine and exclusive setting. Our 18 guests and resident marmots and mountain goats are the only beings using this trail network! In the winter we offer backcountry skiing, in the mecca of alpine powder skiing. Our 96 square km of private tenure offer some of the best skiing on earth, both in the alpine and in the trees. Glades, burns, 30+ summits, 10+ glaciers and the deepest snowpack in the Selkirk Mountains. In addition to the Durrand Glacier Chalet, we have two smaller chalets which we use to do overnight ski trips into the further reaches of our area. All three huts are clean, cozy and beautiful wooden chalets. The Durrand Glacier Chalet is our home base, with 11 private bedrooms and a spacious washroom facility steps from the bedrooms. This facility includes hot running showers, sinks and full indoor plumbing attached to a septic system. We also have a new sauna built in summer 2020 (primarily for winter use). The Durrand has fabulous alpine cuisine, with a private chef and a full staff of friendly, hard-working SME family. The Mission Museum is located in Mission, BC, Canada, and is dedicated to upholding the goals of the Mission District Historical Society: "Recording our History, Educating the Community, Preserving our Heritage." Operated by the Society, the Mission Museum exists for the purpose of preserving the history of Mission by way of the collection, preservation, documentation, research and interpretation of three-dimensional objects related to our community's history, making it available to all people through exhibits, events and public programming. Our collection consists of over 10,000 objects which have been donated over the years by businesses, organizations and individual members of the community.
The Secwepemc Museum & Heritage Park is located along the banks of the beautiful South Thompson River. The Secwepemc Museum & Heritage Park consists of both an inside and outside viewing experience for visitors. The tour of the museum offers a rich history of the life of the Secwepemc people. Once inside the museum visitors can view "The Land of the Secwepemc" DVD, and can then immerse themselves in the beautiful artefacts and displays within the four galleries that are offered.Afterwards, the Heritage park offers a trail of over a kilometre of archaeological remains of a 2,000 year old Secwepemc winter village. The winter village consists of 1 reconstructed winter pit-houses, and summer tule mat lodges which feature various unique food preparation structures. In addition; for viewing pleasure, is one of Kamloops Marshes that is filled with beautiful wildlife and visitors may even be able to get a glimpse of the Coyote (Skelep) and her pups that are currently living in the area.

ONSITE BICYCLE RENTALS on one of British Columbias wonders. Experience a part of the historical Kettle Valley Railway route built between 1912-1914. This well-established, interactive 24km trail is highlighted by 2 tunnels and 18 trestles. It offers spectacular views of Myra Canyon and Okanagan Lake. It is the best outdoor activity in Kelowna for the whole family. The track is located at an elevation of 1.260 meters, it is relatively flat and can be cycled within 4 hours. We rent new, branded comfort bicycles in sizes for adults and children, tandems and tag-alongs or child trailers to pull the little ones, tandems, and tricycle. Rental times May-October: 9am-1pm, 1:30pm-5:30pm.
