We are only four hours east of Vancouver and nine hours west of Calgary. With each new season a wealth of activities await: float down the river or hike to a hidden waterfall; lounge by our large, heated saltwater pool; bike across the KVR trestle bridges; explore Cawston, Canadas Organic Farm Capital, or Osoyoos, Canadas hottest town. Since 1958, the Museum has moved several times. The current configuration has the Museum housed in the Citys former City Hall building while the object storage and Chilliwack Archives are housed in a municipally owned structure three blocks from the museum. The Museum and Archives are governed by the Chilliwack Museum and Historical Society. The Chilliwack Museum and Archives is committed to connecting you with Chilliwack's history through a series of exhibitions, programs and events.

Welcome to the Museum of the Cariboo Chilcotin. We are situated on Broadway Avenue South, Williams Lake serving on the traditional territory of the Secwepemc, Tsilhqot'in and Dakelh Nations. The Museum is a tribute to Williams Lake and the Cariboo Chilcotin regions. If you are looking to step back in time come on in we would love to open our doors to you. Nestled in the Cariboo Chilcotin, the Museum provides history and displays on the region, local ranching and rodeo heritage, it is also the home to the BC Cowboy Hall of Fame as well as exhibits on Indigenous Peoples, Railway, Mining, Medical, and Forestry just to name a few. Admission is by donation supporting local and provincial heritage. Pentage Winery is a boutique winery over looking Skaha Lake in Penticton, BC - producing small lot, world class wines. Our wine shop is open daily between 11-5pm from May through to the beginning of October. During the winter months sales are available at the winery by appointment - just give us a call and we will do our best to accommodate you.

The Oliver Archives acquires, collects, preserves, and makes accessible records pertaining to the history of Oliver and area, including the former gold mining settlements of Camp McKinney and Fairview.

Our winery is evidence of what one man with vision, determination, and a little luck can accomplish. Proprietor and winemaker, Ted Kane, developed a passion for winemaking at a young age. Many Alberta winters were spent learning and planning how to accomplish his ultimate goal; owning and operating a winery in Canada's premiere wine producing area, Oliver Osoyoos Wine Country. 10 years after acquiring it, this perfect piece of raw land has been transformed into a 7 acre vineyard producing several varieties of high quality fruit, a fully functioning winery with a boutique tasting room and, most importantly, our family home. We specialize in the Bordeaux varietals, but also have a selection of white wines and a unique, full bodied Malbec Rose.

Sept 4 to Dec 20 2025 Carr House is open Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 10-4 for self-guided tours. Wander around the garden, explore the house, and browse the gift shop! Guided tours are offered on Fridays and Saturdays at 10, Noon, and 2 p.m. Carr House closes occasionally for special events. Please call ahead to confirm hours.
